This was the first stop for our retreat. The ladies in the group were very impressed with the services. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. From the initial set-up, Holly was very kind and helpful in putting a package together that would work for my group. We will definitely come again. The only complaint the ladies had was that they wished it was longer. You won't be disappointed.

A friend and I made appointments for massages while our husbands golfed. Not knowing any places in this area (we are from NW PA), we did an internet search and found this place. What a great find! The layout is very calming, and the staff very accommodating. With us wanting our massages at the same time, they brought in an on call masseuse, whom I was lucky enough to get. Dana was awesome, she listened to me and the issues I have, then made sure she touched on all of my problem areas. The location was very easy to find, even with us not being familiar with the area. I would highly recommend using Body & Sole if you are in the Lancaster area; I plan to schedule another massage with Dana on my next visit to the area.

I have been to spas with the fancy waterfalls, locker rooms and a sundry of amenities but the massage was only fair. This spa may be short on ambiance but very long on talented massage therapists. Rachel gave me a deep tissue massage and relaxed areas I never knew needed it. I left feeling invigorated and released from all tension and tight muscles. Thank you Rachel for your magic fingers!

I swear as soon as I told them I had a Groupon they gave me the run around not wanting to accommodate my services. Holly who is the owner was very rude on the phone has poor customer service skills. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money since we couldn't even get a return phone call.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, treating all guests equally here at Body & Sole and have built a solid reputation on that practice. We return all phone calls and keep a detailed call log, so no one falls through the cracks. As it was explained to the caller who was looking for 3 appointments simultanoiusly, we can accomodate 3 appointments at the same time, but not always 3 massage appointments. At most times of the day, we have 2 Massage Therapists and 1 Reflexologist available to do services. A Reflexologist is certfied to do reflexology, not massage. Unfortunately, the caller wasn't interested in what we had to say, only to hang up the phone. We look forward to serving you.

Tucked away just off Oregon Pike in Lancaster PA is a tranquil bit of paradise called Body and Sole. This welcoming and restful massage and reflexology place is the best for massages in the Lancaster Area that I have found. They have highly intuitive and talented masseuses, with training and skills that have made every massage I have had there (7, maybe 8?) simply wonderful and healing experiences. But for me the big surprise was the reflexology, which i had never had before, and have done 3 times now in the last 5 months. I may do reflexology a disservice with this but... its the best foot rub I always imagined and never got, and so much more. Its also a diagnosis tool in a way, and a therapy treatment also. Holly is an amazingly intuitive and skilled reflexology practitioner and if you have not tried it before, I highly recommend you experience it. Go. Go often.You wont regret it.

My husband had bought a Groupon for this place that included a 60 minute massage and a chocolate velvet body wrap. I had had one body wrap before (at a very expensive hotel spa in the area) and I didn't really like it. I felt like I was on a mortuary table and it was very awkward to me. So I was a little leary to have another one as part of this package. However, I was very plesantly surprised! The woman who took care of my wrap and massage was very personable and we chatted during the wrap process (which was first). During the massage she let me relax and took care of the knots that were in my back and shoulders. It was great! The only reason why I didn't give this place a 5 is because there wasn't anything "extra" like you find at some other day spas. There was no coffee or tea set out for guests to enjoy or anywhere to lounge in a robe and relax either before or after your treatment. That was also fine with me! I definitely didn't hold it against my treatments. They were wonderful and I will definitely be back again.

Although we live in Lancaster County, my wife and I look for weekend and sometimes weekday getaways within a couple of hours from home. From our first review of Body & Sole you can tell that we have become regular clients and look forward to our monthly treatments as well as the welcome we always receive from Holly and her staff. Well, The Best just got Better. The new Rendezvous package makes what had been a couple of hours of heaven into a 2 day romantic getaway, in our own backyard! We got a beautiful room at the Eden, along with our couples massage and wine in the South Pacific. Two of Lancaster's best places working together, five stars isn't enough! We enjoyed this package thoroughly.

We wanted a couples massage for our extended getaway and found this place when we stopped at McDonald's! (They share the parking lot.) OMG! I don't know how they got the idea for the "theme" but you feel like you're in California or Hawaii once you're inside. We were so relaxed we didn't want to leave. The Couple Suite was perfect, and the therapists really know their stuff. Afterward we sipped wine in a double recliner under a lit palm tree!!! Too cool.

Over the years Imy wife and I have been to quite a few spa locations but nothing like this and nothing I've been compelled to write about. This place is different.
My first impression was that we'd walked into a Park Avenue boutique in NYC, the place is stunning. The owner greeted us and while I filled out some paperwork I realized how peaceful and relaxing the whole environment was. I was escorted to the reflexology suite and my wife to one of the massage rooms and blown-away by the setting. We were offered treatments together in the couples suite but we decided to relax separately. The treatment was fantastic, there are very few certified reflexologists out there. This place scores off the charts. We have booked couples packages for next month.

First time for trying the reflexology and it was amazing and so relaxing. Then we had the couples massage as part of the rendezvous package. Holly at Body and Sole along with the staff were so accommodating and the whole experience was wonderful.
