As to be expected, prices in most stores are through the roof. However, it is still very enjoyable to just walk around and browse, and grab some food in one of the many restaurants or cafes here. A fun way to spend an afternoon. All at least three hours, especially if you are stopping to eat.

Spent part of a day here just wandering around as the atmosphere was fun. Scarecrows were the theme and a large tent was on the grounds where you could make your own. A pair of jugglers had a great show for children and adults. Very captivating!

Lovely outdoor shopping mall for crafts, clothing and snack foods. My wife loves a couple of the craft stores because they always carry unique artists work that hits the target with her taste.

Different and unique shops. Some are very pricey. All are cutely decorated. Enjoyed Hart's Pub for a glass of wine 7 appetizers ( Happy Hour)

We decided to take a drive for the Scarecrow Festival. The village was decorated with all of the scarecrows and you could vote for the ones you liked. The shops were cute, some unique, some over-priced. They did have several Festival Day specials which were 10-20 dollars, very good deals. There was also an area set up for family fun,... More

Quaint shops for gifts and clothing and also great little restaurants. Live music during festivals with a working water wheel and small goldfish pond. Very picturesque setting.

We were on a Travelzoo voucher, Stayed at the Golden Plough Inn, and visited, I'd guess, most of the unique shops. Each is different with their own specialty. All are friendly and more than willing to serve. The grounds are beautifully planted. All in all a very pleasant visit.

We just stayed here and I loved shopping in the village. We always find unique gifts and I lucked out with clothes at Apricot Lane! The silhouettes bra shop is amazing. There is also a place you can get names spelled out in pictures of the letters, matted and framed- say someone's last name... Great gift idea. Cute, unique shops,... More

My sister and I had a very fun time at Peddler's Village. In order to take advantage of all the village has to offer, I would strongly suggest an over night trip. Even if you are not there for one of the special events throughout the year it is a good place to shop.
