Start from the premise that this part of Pennsylvania bills itself as the mushroom capital of the world, and then build on that. The upper level of the store sells an incomparable collection of mushroom related tchotchkes, and its a great place to look for unusual gifts for the gourmet cooks and mushroom lovers on your list. If you have... More

Was definitely different than any other shop I had been in. Interesting video on mushroom production, informative. Lots of neat mushroom related items. Worth a stop.

It was a neat store. The store has a section where they showed you how mushrooms are grown and the process it takes to farm them, etc. It was a souvenir shop so I knew prices were not going to be cheap. I did not have an issue with it though. It's a cute little shop in the center of... More

Went to Longwood Gardens and then wanted to walk around Kennett Square area. Read on Trip Advisor a must see store. I thought it was much bigger and when I arrived was told by the owner that she was closing and had to go pick up her granddaughter. Was very disappointed because I drove over an hour and wasn't able... More

Sorry to have disappointed you. Granddaughter has to be picked up before 6 pm.....that day her Mom was stuck in traffic......Store closes at 5 pm but we are usually there until at least 5:30 pm.......... I would have have stayed open for you if circumstances were different. Thank you for your review. More

This shop is an absolute must visit place when in Kennett Square! In addition to the huge selection of gift items, cookbooks, food products, mushroom items of clothing and toys, there is a section where there are historical items relating to mushrooms. There is a video that helps you learn so many things about mushrooms and the owner is in... More

The store is basically a mushroom themed gift shop. In the back, howeve,r one can purchase a variety of fresh mushrooms, as well as some dried varieties and various types of preserved mushrooms.

Kennet Square is the "Mushroom Capital" of the world, so of course you have to visit this mushroom-themed store which also happens to boast [presumably] the world's only Mushroom Museum. It's pretty tiny and located in the back of the store, but cute and informative. Nice selection of mushroom related goods and trinkets in the store The worker at the... More

We stopped in here while walking around downtown. The store is very cute, with a brief exhibit on mushrooms in the local area. Very nice staff.
