Went to Longwood Gardens and then wanted to walk around Kennett Square area. Read on Trip Advisor a must see store. I thought it was much bigger and when I arrived was told by the owner that she was closing and had to go pick up her granddaughter. Was very disappointed because I drove over an hour and wasn't able... More

This shop is an absolute must visit place when in Kennett Square! In addition to the huge selection of gift items, cookbooks, food products, mushroom items of clothing and toys, there is a section where there are historical items relating to mushrooms. There is a video that helps you learn so many things about mushrooms and the owner is in... More

Kennet Square is the "Mushroom Capital" of the world, so of course you have to visit this mushroom-themed store which also happens to boast [presumably] the world's only Mushroom Museum. It's pretty tiny and located in the back of the store, but cute and informative. Nice selection of mushroom related goods and trinkets in the store The worker at the... More

We stopped in here while walking around downtown. The store is very cute, with a brief exhibit on mushrooms in the local area. Very nice staff.

We had a lovely experience here. The lady was delightful and showed great interest in us - where we're from, where we're heading next etc. The shop has so many wonderful unique gifts. Plenty of mushroom gifts, and lots more too. If you're in the area, pop in and say hello. Oh, and look around the shop for that special... More

We wanted some souvenirs of our visit to the mushroom capital of the world, and this was the best place we found. Some lovely gifts to be had here, and if you like mushrooms there are some delicious and unique food items. Kathi the owner was excellent as well, giving us samples to taste and packing our purchases well. Great... More

We actually went to the mushroom drop on New Years Eve. Thought it would be interesting. It was extremely cold and we snuck into this store to warm up. It is open late to accommodate those who attend the yearly event. The sold a lot of "mushroom-themed" merchandise including the large coffee mug we bought as a gift. If you... More

With mushrooms being so important to the local economy, this place serves as a nice stepping off point to the economy and goods of the area. Worth dropping by to see the clever things that can be done with mushrooms.

What a quirky place-- very friendly--quirky history about mushroom growing-- lots of stuff to buy mushroom oriented. They have fresh mushrooms--many varieties-- I picked four and they weighed them and boxed them to go. Very nice. Got an apron that said Shitake Happens. Ha!
