First time at snow and it was easy to get around. More shopping choices would have made it a little better.

T-bars, slow chair lifts with no foot rests and no covers, no gondolas. Very slow and uncomfortable rides up the mountain.

Definitely the best ski resort and skiing in Australia. 50 ski lifts and numerous terrain parks and slopes. Restaurants and shops and even a train to help you get a round. Suitable for all skill levels.

The ticketing staff at PV are friendly and helpful. The hire gear is very good, much much better than it was 20 years ago.

Went to perisher for the first time not expecting too much, given the feedback from mates who have been in the past. But I really enjoyed it! We were lucky to have great snow and not too many people around.

Perisher has the best terrain parks in the Southern Hemisphere hands down. It makes the place a bit of a pro-shred gong show, and the local scene can be a bit too-cool-for-school, but the staff is kind, the snow isn't half bad and the parks...More

We have tried all the downhill ski resorts in New South Wales and we have settled on Perisher for our annual skiing holiday. While not having the longest runs, it does have the greatest area, with four resorts combined into one. It can still get...More

Perisher offers loads of varied terrain covering a vast area. Amenities are average although the offering for meals is good. Personally visited all the resorts in Australia and NZ with Perisher coming out tops.

Timing the snow here is just luck. If you are not driving, then fly to Canberra or Cooma and then hop on a bus. Canberra has great food and a few good tourist attractions. For accomodation in Perisher try the Stables.

Yes there is coach services during June even though it's not peak season. They are just not as frequent . As long as you not needing to go without notice frequently . As they go at set days and times.
