We were surprised at the extent of the view from Gan Gan lookout. Also we hear that there is a local community group who maintains the lookout and surrounding area which allows it to be a very impressive location above Nelson Bay. If you are...More

Great little place with commanding views of the whole area, it’s wonderful to see how blessed we are in this great country. Which ever way we looked there were great sites to see, worth a visit or two to enjoy the great views.

Nice views of the water but trees are in the way so for a better view would go to Tomaree Mountain but this is good if you don't want to walk up and just want to drive.
