The blowhole was blowing, but not very high or impressive, likely because the sea is quite calm. But it is still very entertaining for my young kids. They love the blowhole and do not want to leave the place. It offers free parking, with cleaning...More

The sea was very calm when we saw this area. You obviously need to visit when the sea is rough to get the full force and effect of this phenomena but at least they don't charge you

Not really the blowhole's fault but it was not working on the day we were there. I guess you need more wind!

Was able to get a good shot of the water coming out of the hole. You have to make sure you have a steady hand and a watchful eye so you can get a good shot. Lots of people / tourists when we went there.

Kiama is a beautiful town, is so quite and people are so friendly. You can go with your friends, enjoy the amazing view and of course you can do a picnic as well.

Today was a good day for the blowhole because it was high tide and a good wave because of the winds from yesterday. To make some pictures at the right moment is not difficult

This was our 3rd visit to the blowhole and the first encounter of the dry blowhole. Pretty disappointed that there was no water from blowhole but the sea views make up for it.

Yes, there are steps with hand rails. Just need to be careful of slippery surfaces, from the water spray.
