Fantastic spot to see wombats and kangaroos. Peaceful and quiet with my first hearing of the famous kookaburra laugh.

Thoroughly recommended. Great facilities for bush camping. Also a clean lake for canoeing and swimming at the beach. No motors allowed.

Great free camping spot on the Kangaroo river. Good for swimming & canoeing. Toilets but no showers. Wombats usually visit every night. Lots of ducks. We'll be back 👌
