Monte Cristo is very interesting and well thought out. More information around the place would be helpful and easier to understand some of rooms and places. Some tours through out of day would be even better. Overall a lovely visit.

The homestead and it's history were quite intriguing, however the delivery seemed very forced. If you are a historian it's definitely worth the visit - just don't expect to be shivering!

Waste of $15, just an old run down tourist attraction, the man at the counter truly didn’t want to be there. Nothing but old dusty relics with a few old run down mannequins that are supposed to scare you.

marketed as in of the most haunted houses there was no real mention of this when we were given our map so we did our own research. The doll museum on the same site was probably more interesting and made it worth the time/money

Cheryl I don't recall the entry fees, sorry. They run the ghost tour, I think, as part of an overnight accommodation package, at night. There is no restriction on photography.
