Excellent and well equipped park.

The kids loved the park. It has so much equipment, including two flying foxes, with ample shade and space. There were very few people there (all very friendly and happy to share with others) so the kids had a great time.

Small but very interesting
Mar 2019
Very small for a zoo privately owned & staff are friendly & helpful & very knowledge of the aminals they show, you have set times for different displays of aminals & it can be fun getting from display to the next in time if you dont get lost as we did.
You could spend all day there as there is plenty to see we took friends from over seas there & really did not give ourselves enough time, ther is a food & coffee shop there is needed.
Have friends from Canada coming next month so it is on our list to go to sa I feel they will love it.

Fantastic park
Sep 2019 • Family
Great park for all the family. The flying fox is definitely a favourite with my 9year old. There's also a skate area for scooters, bikes and skateboards, a bike track for toddlers, swings and a few other activities. Picnic tables and a shaded area is provided as well as ample toilets. There are also monthly farmers markets held in the park.

Plenty of tables to eat at, shaded play area. Modern, clean equipment. Swings & climbing. Soft surface. Amazing flying fox - best we've seen at any NSW public play park, ANYWHERE. Great skate bowl for old kids/ adults. Next to clean public toilets and close enough to carparking and main Street. Locals should think themselves lucky to have such a good park for kids.

Local Skate Ramp
Jul 2019 • Couples
Billabong Park is simply a small local park with a few trees, a few shrubs and a bit of grass. You can find its equivalent in almost any suburb and town in Australia. If anything, this one is more unkempt and scruffy-looking the most. If you are a teen skateboarder looking for a ramp, you might want to come here. Apart from that, don't waste your time.

Gloucester is blessed with fine park lands
Apr 2019 • Couples
Billabong Park, like all parks in Gloucester is very well maintained. It has extensive shady areas, seating and free BBQs.

The new children's playground with flying fox is a hit, as is the skateboard park and mini roadway for toddlers to cycle and roll around on.

There are a variety of plants and a very interesting native garden worthy of closer inspection.

Farmers Markets are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Music and good food are the hallmarks of the morning.

It is almost next to the main street, so grab a coffee or takeaway and enjoy your meal in the quiet of the park.

Granddaughter Didn’t Want to Leave
Feb 2019 • Family
We took our granddaughter to Billabong Park to ride her bike in the on the kids bike track. She had a ball doing that but what really caught her eye and which kept her going was the new flying fox. What a blast!
She also loved the musical xylophone and the climbing pyramid.
To finish off we walked to the amenities and she lived the suspension bridge having to bounce across it several times.
Great park, all it needs now is a splash park section with water jets and water cannons to cool off in the summer months.

Such a lovely park with clean well serviced amenities close to the Main Street but with a country feel. Plenty of parking, Children’s play area, garden walks & water features. Fabulous view of the Bucketts Mountains as a bonus.
