You are greeted by friendly informative staff. If you have the time and interest the museum was worth a look. We spent about an hour and a half here. Good displays of past and present. The displays are inside and outside.

Really worth a look through this amazing building. We used to live in Pt Pirie, and there was a link with mining to this town. reading the history was well worth the visit.

One of the best local museums I have visited I was told I would need one hour to see it all more like two and very friendly staff helps.

We visited his venue while in town and we both found it intriguing Plenty to see and read about and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly There is parking outside for Motorhome’s and caravans and the building itself was well worth visiting

Very helpful info Center. Very knowledgeable staff. Interesting history of town, mining and surrounding areas. Even knew about Aboriginal Historic site in Grenfell NP!

It’s a great place for people to enjoy the history of Cobar There is around a room, down a hall, up stairs and out side There is history about the building, cobar, mining and lots of other stuff

We dropped in to get information about what to do in the area. The lady behind the counter was informative and provided maps etc. When she ased if we would like to enter the Heritage Centre we ummed and arghed but we are so glad...More

We visited the Centre twice and both times the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you as it does help to open your mind to such an interesting town. Parking was easy at the Centre and loos there if needs must.
