A fantastic walk through the Arakwal National Park to the Byron Bay Lighthouse has us taking in breathtaking views and vista's. Special places to relax and a well maintained walk / pathway.

Arakwal National Park is covers some diverse terrain and is well worth exploring when you visit Byron Bay, get a brochure from the visitor centre in town.

Had a great time, was able to get video of Pademelons, Black Cockatoos and Kookaburras - all within walking distance from our accommodation! Scenic and beautiful national park right at the beach.

Were it not for Eddie Mabo this park may not exist and could have fsllen to developers. A coastal park full of native flora and fauna it was beautiful walking here.

This is by far one of the most beautiful sites to see. Beaches are completely gorgeous. For our Canadian guest they felt like they were in heaven.

Amazing spot! We came across this area on our walk to the lighthouse. Wow lovely sea breeze certainly helps to keep you cool on a sunny day. Fantastic place for photos. Perfect place to visit and relax taking in the view.

Tallow Beach can be seen from the Byron lighthouse but it's a wonder more people don't go there. It is worlds apart from the crowds in Byron. We had the beach to ourself and just beautiful sand, clear water and some chatty birds for company....More
