The decor and facilities are about what is expected of a country golf club, however the setting and scenery is something quite special, as is the food and service. The food was reasonably priced and quite good, an interesting selection of alternatives is on offer on the menu too. The coffee is very good, and the muffins are incredibly good... More

Quite hilly but quite beautiful! Very well kept greens and fairways made for a top afternoon on the small greens in difficult positions. Top day out including the beer afterwards!

My son and I enjoyed a relaxed 19 holes. Great fairways and consistent greens. Visitors are very welcome and the course is quite challenging for the 15 plus handicappers.

I was pleasantly surprised at the layout and condition of the course albiet the greens had just been sanded. The course has challenges everywhere, doglegs, water, sand and a few narrow fairways. I really enjoyed the challenge but would love to come back and play the course when the greens are really good. The front nine is on the hill... More

Byron Bay Golf Club is a course that is Challenging & Beautiful ! Hire a golf buggy & relax. The course is tricky but worth every cent. The beer & food at the Club House are worth it also. Must do when in Byron Bay !

The pro at this course is a nutter. Avoid if u can. Nice course though. I would suggest heading to ocean shores. I am sure that the staff there would be nice.

Played golf here with my partner and the course was in good condition. I felt like $49 was a bit steep considering I had to walk. You can play coolangatta tweed heads for $25 which is in a lot better condition. There needs to be more information on the fairways pertaining to distances from the hole. Not everyone uses GPS.... A mixed bag. The course was well maintained but packed with travellers that were too egotistic to allow anyone to play through so the round took double the time it should have.

we enjoyed a very pleasant game of golf here on our holidays, a well set out course with a few challenging holes. The course was in great condition and we enjoyed a relaxing beer in the clubhouse. Around 40 dollars a game, slightly cheaper if you play in the Sunday social competition.
