We booked with our hostel so we got a discount which was handy, but it is well worth the money anyway. The experience is amazing - you get to see a resident pod of dolphins up close along with some turtles if you're lucky, the kayaking isn't too difficult for beginners and they give you tim tams at the end!

Myself and my girlfriend went on the afternoon kayaking tour (leaving at 1pm). Our tour guide was Sam and he really could not be faulted. This was our first time kayaking so we were understandably quite nervous, Sam went through everything with us and waited until we were ready before heading out to sea. Once we'd got the hang of... ...And one to definitely tick off the list. Seeing animals in their natural habit is a million times better than in any zoo or aquarium. The guides were helpful, knowledgable and really friendly. Picked up at the hostel and taken to the site. Got to jump out and have a swim half way through. A couple of dolphins even swam... More

I am terrified at the idea of being in a little boat out on the swell but I went against my better judgement to go kayaking with dolphins with my fiancé yesterday morning. It was a very worthwhile experience, there were many pods of dolphins that came very close to our kayak several times. Being so close that you could... More

An absolutely beautiful morning with loads of dolphins to keep us company. All the guides were very helpful. Loved the Tim Tams at the end of a great morning of paddling.

I can't swim all that well and as such I won't freelance it into the ocean. Kayaking is something I've always wanted to try and a possibility to swim with dolphins is too good an opportunity to miss out on! We had some really wonderful people guiding us and it started with the cheeky receptionist. All equipment was provided on... More

So I know nothing about the ocean, I heard about the kayaking in Byron Bay and had to give it a go! Spoke to a lady called Sam on the phone who was very informative, patient and helpful! A lovely man called Romey collected me from my accomodation in an authentic beach 4x4 and whisked me away to the kayak... More

We had a fantastic time out on the water with these guys. They supported our youngsters beautifully. We saw dolphins, whales, and a turtle, and they made it a fabulous time. They are very good at what they do! My sister and her family went a few days later and also loved it. Very impressed!
