This is my favourite cornish beach there is truly nowhere like it. Clean sand, azure sea, dramatic cliffs. No dogs in summer (excellent). Swimming in the sea is a must at low tide but beware of dangerous riptides at high tide as these can drag you out to sea. The national trust charge you 5 pounds for privilege of parking... More

We parked in the free car park in Lizard village and made the half hour walk to here. Kynance Cove is absolutely gorgeous with an excellent cafe situated above the cove. I could sit here for ages just watching the waves crash over the large boulders. There is a closer car park if you dont like to walk much that... More

Our family spend quite a while walking the coast here. My farther being a geologist enjoyed it and talked about the green color of the stone and why it was called such.

Nice placevto visit for a few hours. It's clean and tidy with fantastic views over the sea and cliffs. Usual cafe on site with a nice selection of food and drinks which are reasonable prices. Parking is good, free if you want a 10 minute walk or £5.00 if you park in the English heritage site.

We walked from Lizard Point to Kynance Cove. The views were amazing and well worth the hour walk. Some steep hills but nothing too taxing. You must visit here if you go to Cornwall.

We found this place by chance. But are we glad we did. Incredible hidden gem. The waters are crystal clear, the scenery dramatic and a photographers dream. Highly recommended.

Stunning. Love it here. One of my favourite places. Make sure you go when tide is out and this will reveal beautiful beaches. Cafe is also lovely with amazing views. Tricky walk down but well worth it.

A truly wonderful beach, very spectacular. Make sure and check tide times so you can get round to the incredible caves on north/West side. To top it off a top notch national trust cafe right on the beach, wish we hadn't had lunch before we arrived. Walk down was manageable with our 2,7 and 10 year olds. I would only... More

We visited Lizard/Kynance Cove last week and there are no words to describe how beautiful it is. The views are second to none and it was lovely paddling in the sea 🌊 I would recommend wearing comfortable footwear as the walk from the car park at Kynance Cove is on quite rough terrain and you have to climb over a...
