This 7 mile moderate walk along the South West Coast Path is from the picturesque Mullion Cove, along the wild and exposed cliffs of the west coast of the Lizard Peninsula. Pass beautiful sheltered coves, including Kynance Cove, before reaching...more

We started from Lizard point and finished at Mullion cove. There was no shade through out the trip so use lots of sun screen (multiple times in the same trip). Bring sun glasses + hats.

Great walk with some breathtaking views. We did the walk in March so naturally some of the paths were very muddy so take wellingtons! There are some hills and steps along the walk but nothing too taxing.. Also there are plenty of benches along the...More
A bracing, undulating January walk with the most spectacular views, panoramic 360 degrees scenery and dramatic seas.
In some sections the steep slopes and steps would be challenging to the unfit but some do have alternative routes that are slightly easier.
Large fishing community still working hard in these seas. Not easy to get down on the beach unless your rock climbing.
The sights are amazing . Even in April the sea was crashing against the cliffs creating erosion.
I have no idea how much this has changed as it is still Wild, rugged, a bit dangerous in some weather, steep, uneven BUT wonderful.
You are part of the sea and the struggle here.
Not wheelchair friendly.
Parking is a big problem
The most amazing walk. Not too difficult. Out of season not many places to eat/drink. I would advise that you get to Million on the bus then walk back to Porthleven. Eat and drink at the Atlantic Inn pub.
