I can't wait to visit this gorgeous little cove again in the summer. It looked beautiful today in the blustery winter weather so can only imagine how amazing it is when the sun is shining. The beach cafe was delightful. Parking across the road from...More

After Kynance Cove we love this beach, close to the sea, easy to access with parking. There are toilets and a cafe and good for surfers I believe. Lots of fun exploring the rock pools !

Great dog friendly beach (out of season only) flat sand makes walking easy. Added bonus of an on beach cafe which is open all year. Only draw back is lack of toilet facilities. There used to be but they have been closed down. Shame

What a glorious and peaceful find. A great beach with good shade if needed, rock pools for children and great parking and wonderful food on site. A great place

Poldhu beach caters for everyone. It has a stream running into it creating a place to have water fun, build sand dams, cross on stepping stones. There is plenty of dry sand and expanse of wet sand at low tide. Dramatic with rocks on either...More

There is a carpark that can prove a little expensive, there are basic toilet facilities, and the most amazing beach cafe that serves amazing food. This beach has life guards in perk season.

We came in September, when it's nice and quiet, and it's a lovely beach, with a cafe, surf school, fairly large sandy beach and good waves for surfing/bodyboarding. There is a carpark, and some free spaces not too far away.

Poldhu to me is a magical place. I have been here on Sunny days, sunsets and the mistiest of days and all have been filled with the most atmospheric place. The waves are always awesome and if you want a place to take young children,...More

This is a lovely beach, limited parking means it doesn'y get ridicously overcrowded but it has something for everyone. A beach cafe, a small stream to dam, sand, surf and lifeguards. What more does it need? Great for adults, great for children on all ages.
