Cafe was terrible

The café was terrible we had a BLT on white bread ( which was a Brioche roll ) The bacon was was over cooked more like leather the millionaire shortbread tasted more like floor than shortcake and it was stale plus very pricey. BEWARE

Overpriced chocolates and no factory…
Aug 2021 • Family
How disappointing this was. If you’re expecting Willy Wonka or even a chocolate maker or two think again. No making in view. Just overpriced chocolates and a few craft shops. Even the gallery was pretty unimpressive. A waste of your petrol. And if you have kids expect them to be very sad faced…

Disappointing
Jun 2021 • Family
Got the kids all excited about going to a chocolate factory... only to arrive and find it was a tiny chocolate shop that was pretty bare.

The lady serving was lovely and the chocolate tasted amazing, but I think marketing as a chocolate factory is misleading. I understand possibly due to covid the 'factory' tour was closed but it was such a tiny establishment I can't imagine it was a 'factory tour' anyway to be honest.

Lovely cafe & chocolate shop
Apr 2021 • Family
Sadly when I visited I couldn’t check out the chocolate factory or activities due to covid 19 restrictions that were in place in April 2021 but we did buy some chocolate from the shop & a slice of cake from the cafe. All really nice

Poorly signed cakes!!!

Beware when using the cafe, if you are happy to have vegan cakes that’s fine. We were not told until I took back the slice that it was odd tasting due to it being vegan.
I’m fact when I went in to say I thought the cake was off.....the girl said it was just because it was an awful cake.....,made me laugh but just question before buying!!

Lovely surprise find
Feb 2020 • Business
We were killing time on the stormy weekend and stopped for lunch. Staff were friendly and the food we had, soup, omelette and another soup was homemade and well prepared. The chocolate was interesting to see and delightful to taste. We had a look at the glass workshop and the art centre and everyone was lovely and there was a range of bespoke gifts

Chocolate
May 2019
We came here mainly to watch the chocolates being made. There are a few other shops but I don’t think you could spend more than a few hours here. Luckily when we were here they were making chocolate and there is a viewing section where you can watch through the glass. I bought some of the chocolate I the shop and I didn’t think it would be anything special, but it was really nice - I wish I’d bought more! There is plenty of free parking available. We also stopped here for lunch. The food was nice and the prices were reasonable.

Good food and service
Jun 2019
Stayed at Mullion Cove twice now and visited the Chocolate Factory on each ocassion. The little shops are of interest and sell lots of items, whilst the chocolate factory shows hand making of the products on sale in the shop. The cafeteria does excellent breakfasts at a competitive price and is recommended as a place to visit.

Cafe is amazing
Sep 2019 • Family
Nice little craft shops, kids really liked seeing the little factory window, but the best part is the onsite cafe, really tasty food, big portions and not too expensive, we loved the milkshakes! Good day out for us when it was raining, really loved it.

Delicious!

Everyone was very friendly. The hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever tasted. Very good choice of chocolate products and it was very interesting to see the process of creating chocolate wonders. Lovely little craft shops.
