The towans beach stretches for miles and you'll never be stuck for a space to call your own. Depending where you park, watch out for those less professional parking enforcement companies. They'll give you a ticket for the simplest of reasons

We stayed right by the beach at Beachside. We miles of sandy beaches there is plenty of space for all. Just hire or bring your own wetsuit for the cooler weather. Great for building sandcastles

This is a fabulous beach, which we are extremely lucky to be able to look out at from our home in Riviere Towans. Three miles of golden sand, with lovely walks through the dunes (towans) to Gwithian and Godrevy. One thing to watch though is...More

The quieter end of this 3 mile Beach is less rocky and with softer sand. The river is fast flowing and not for swimming, but the shelter of the bay mean it's often free of the breeze and perfect for sunbathing and bbqs :)

Hayle beach extends three miles from Godrevy Lighthouse to the Hayle Estuary. It has its own café, pub, toilets, shop and is life-guarded during the main season. The Cornish coastal path can be found on the edge of the golden sands

There is a cafe just up the steps from the beach. Called the bluff with an amusement arcade and great food. Also an outdoor play area and a bar.
