    A fine establishment of old world quality and the nicest people you'll meet. We stopped into Lancaster County for a week long vacation and stumbled onto this store along with a great many others. The people are the nicest ... they really are. The store itself is very charming with a really good selection of items for purchase.

    This is a great place to stop for a variety of items, kitchen wares, books, craft items, fabric , quilts and other gifts. Items can be pricey but good quality items are in stock. Also, some locally made items are available. Every visit I make to the area requires a visit to this store!

Love the quality and fabric lines you carry. Always love visiting the store in person but I’m more than 2 hours driving time from there. Just ordered fabric on line last weekend and it was shipped/received in a just a couple of days. Thank you for the quick turn around!

The Old Country Store is a quilters "candy store'. in fact, it's any shoppers "candy store". There is everything a quilter needs or wants and so much more. Everything is high quality and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It's my favorite shop in all Lancaster.

Excellent Quilt Shop and More!

Old Country Store stocks a wide variety of quilting cottons and has recently released lines. The prices are good and the staff and owners are awesome! There is also a wide variety of hand made quilts, gifts and a kitchen supply section. A one stop shopping experience not to be missed!

So much Inspiration

From the moment that you approach the front door, Inspiration is surrounding you. The window displays are simply beautiful, the staff are the friendliest that you will find and the shop is top notch. Highly recommend a visit to see for yourself!

beautiful quilts

We were in the store in 2019 and always regretted we did not buy a beautiful quilt. We returned in May 2022 and bought two beautiful quilts and two smaller quilts for our soon-to-be-born granddaughter. There was no pressure to buy and they encouraged us to look at multiple quilts. We got them home and are love them.

Wonderful store and staff. A store that makes you feel good to visit. Fabric and notions are great as well kitchen ware items, puzzles, clock, etc. Lots to chose from to buy. Their longarm quilting service is exceptional.

What an amazing visit. While we went there to look for a quilt, we purchased many other items. From salves to food items. We looked at many beautiful quilts and couldn’t make up our minds. We took pictures and decided we would review and go back on Monday morning. When we got there we saw one we missed, fell in love with it and purchased it. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were incredible. If you get a chance this is a must visit store.

This beautiful store has fabrics, patterns and supplies for modern and traditional quilters. Their customer service is unsurpassed. Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy all that this store offers - kitchen accessories, children's gifts, jewelry, quilts, and all sorts of interesting finds! Don't be surprised if one of the owners cuts your fabric or checks out your purchases. They are the nicest people and a great place to visit.

Home-made quilts at their best

To celebrate our recent anniversary, my husband and I went to vacation in the Amish countryside. As a special gift, my husband wanted to buy us a quilt for our bed. We spent some time looking at various quilts in different stores and before heading back to our hotel we made a stop at the Old Country Store and we were glad we did. The selections of quilts were beautiful and even though they were a little pricey, the quality was outstanding. When I explained our price range, the sales lady was very helpful and showed us a number of quilts. She put the quilts on a bed frame, so I could see how it would look in my home. We finally selected one we loved, and also bought a few other items, including home made pot holders, and Christmas decorations. The store included many fabrics you could purchase. Our quilt will be a reminder of our lovely vacation.

Women will love this store! Supplies for the kitchen, bedroom, quilters and potluck goers. They have ready made items you didn’t know you needed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A great experience shopping here!
