I had a lovely visit today 23 Feb 2023. Something worried me though. In the small animal building a large child took one of the three Guinea pigs out from their little hut they were sheltering under and it squealed a lot. Even though there were notices to prohibit this. Perhaps more supervision is required in this area and restrict the age of the children . Otherwise it was a lovely visit.

Absolutely amazing Halloween event. Very well organised and family friendly. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure every child was having a good time. The Halloween show and the staff interacting with the children was perfect. My daughter loved chatting to the staff that were dressed up and they took their time and listened to her, she felt so special thank you

Visited the farm yesterday with my two children, we all had a great time. The staff have done an amazing job! Good idea having to pre-book so the farm wasn't crowded, lots of gel and handwashing stations and importantly we felt safety restrictions were well done and adhered to. Outside play area and little tractor ride was fab and the petting area really made our visit - the two young ladies in the area were wonderful with all the children and really did an amazing job. The indoor play area wasn't open but I'm not sure whether I would feel comfortable letting the children use it anyway. All in all a great afternoon out. We'll done to all!

We have been when the ticket prices were cheaper and it was okay for what you payed then a good few hours to kill with the kids. Now the ticket prices have rocketed too 9 pound an adult and 9 pound a child. Its not worth the extra money to pay compared to other places you can visit for the same prices and make a day out of it. In my opinion not suitible for the average working family but i would sugest going once to make up your own opinion. It is a lovely place i just think its too expensive for what it is. You can visit the animals at heaton park for free and have a great day

Didn’t like that you only had 2.5 hours - it all felt unbelievably rushed and v v over priced. Attractions, including indoor play, closed early at 350pm, staff shouting at customers to leave
Full price for one year olds, same as a nine year old and adults despite the fact they can’t enjoy half of it. Tractor rides added cost
Very overpriced for what you get especially when closed early.
Ice cream van was cash only, unusual post covid. Fast food van totally not in keeping with family friendly day out. Not a healthy meal in sight.
Manager not available to discuss was in all day meetings (at closing time on a Sunday). I’ve emailed my feedback and not had a reply, I’ve followed up and not had any reply - speaks volumes.
Don’t waste money going here, opt for a venue that strives to keep customers happy and actually cares about feedback .

The farm is lovely with lots to do but the change to only being able to book in for half a day has spoiled it for us. Felt like everything was rushed and the range of activities was pointless as we didnt have enough time to enjoy them. For £9 per person I expect a full day out so would advise another of the petting farms in the area instead.

We took our grandkids to the farm for the very first time, what a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and made time for their customers, which was amazing. The animals, some of which had only just been born, were very well cared for and very clean.
Plenty of wash hand facilities and also able to buy carrot feed to feed the animals at £1per tub, great experience for children to interact with the animals.
Good quality safe play areas for children, with a tractor/trailer ride around the farm for kiddies.
They have a cafe area and also an outside burger, bacon butty bar.
I would highly recommend and I will certainly be going again.

not been for acouple of years as my son is now a teenager, I went back today with my friend and her young daughter. what can I say, the farm used to be great back when I took my son. I wasn't expecting it to have been extended so much and have such a wide variety of activities available. we booked tickets for farm fest and was not disappointed. we had a full day at the farm and still didn't manage to do everything that was on offer and included in the price of the ticket. we ate booking tickets for both the Halloween and Christmas events. I would highly recommend this farm to anyone who is looking for a fun day out with young children.

I took my 7 year old daughter to the Christmas Experience yesterday it was so worth it. I thought it was expensive whrn booking but when we got there it was worth every penny!! So magical for the children and so much effort put in!! It was also my daughters birthday yesterday and a girl that worked there got Mrs Christmas and all the children to sing Happy Birthday to her. All staff went above and beyond the sweet shop post office and kitchen set up were amazing and the stuffing of the reindeer experience!! Fake snow, writing your letter and pisting it to Father Christmas and the way Father Christmas comes out of the fireplace what can I say I will be back next year!!!! Well done Reddish Farm AMAZING 👏

We had a great time at the Farmer Christmas experience. A lot of people were complaining that the prices were too steep but so much effort and work has gone in to making this a great experience. The elf teddy was good quality as was the present from Santa. Lots to do and the Mrs Claus and Santa were excellent. All staff were enthusiastic and lovely.
