Everyone comes here for the 23M lead wall, stunning and unique in the area, however the real beauty of the place is the quality of the route setting. They have the most interesting routes of any wall in the area, and change them regularly. So may walls are so samey, do one route and you've done them all, often with challenge being physical rather than technical. Awesome Walls also benefit from a range of grades and styles, more slab than most walls to overhangs that take your breath away

I have been a regular attender for some years at Awesome walls Stockport, it's good value for money. A splendid experience and a good substitute for climbing outside when the weather goes walkabout. Can't recommend it enough !

We held our daughter’s 10th birthday party here on Sunday and it was brilliant. Really relaxed, space upstairs where other family members can watch. We could bring our own party food and cake in and hired a table for a small fee. With no rushing for time. We booked the 1.5 hour session with 8 kids and the instructors were patient and kind. They all had an excellent time and so did the adults. Would highly recommend for a party and we will definitely be going back to climb ourselves! X

First visit to Awesome walls Stockport today, booked a taster session for 3 people comprising a 9 year old, a 41 year old and a 66 year old. Ash was great, really friendly and helpful and made us all feel safe. We achieved far more than we'd thought we would and really enjoyed it. Thanks and hope to be back soon, I'd recommend this to anyone and that's from a scaredy cat who is afraid of heights!
