I am writing this from a mature retired persons point of view.My first gripe is that you have to obtain your tickets from a touch screen terminal.Which means you have to pay by card.I did look around for a real person to order the tickets...More

Brilliant cinema, small rooms so you get a great view and really comfy reclining seats. It was so relaxing watching a film, like being at home. I kicked my shoes off and reclined the seat. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I've been here 3 times now, but only during the day so haven't experienced the place in the evenings when it is presumably busier. Easy to book online and choose your seats, sensible beer prices and served in non-glass glasses allowing you to take them...More

Comfortable seats, great view and easy to book on line and get ticket on your smart phone. Cinema was slightly chilly so have an extra layer to put on just in case.

Quite small, intimate theatre with amazing chairs :large, wide, could tilt and with lot of space on the side for to put drinks and food. Great leg space too and brilliant view. Excellent sound and screen

Well what can I say. Our first visit in 2018 was a disaster from the moment we bought the tickets until the moment we left the place. We were overcharged by £18 for our family ticket but didn’t realise until we got home. Two managers...More

Seats are so good, loads of room. Seems busy but queues are really quick. Staff are helpful and prices are fair.

If you are collecting your tickets it should be fine, but on th safe side always take it. Plus if you are driving you can park in the ncp and as long as you your ticket validated it’s free
