I’m going back!
May 2021 • Friends
The arcade club is one of the best days out I’ve ever had! It has every arcade game you can think of under one roof plus consoles for fortnite and mine craft etc. The pinball machines and the 3rd floor with all the retro games were my most fave bits. You can also buy food and drinks and it’s really clean. I wanted to go back in as soon as I came out. I cannot wait to go back!

Really good day. Been here on a date and with a few mates and it's always a top laugh. Gems like this are very much needed in our communities, partly as a museum, partly as an entertainment venue.

Arcade area is very good. Great playing games from the 80's again. When you have a problem it is about the customer care and the manager dealt with our problem very well and because of this we will definitely come back great customer care.

Great for the whole family
May 2021
Absolutely loved our visit here.

Family of four - mum, dad, teenage daughter, and tween son. Son has ASC and gaming is one of his key interests, so he was really keen to visit. Dad is a gamer, and remembers these things first time round. I’m not really a gamer, but I’ll try anything. Teenage daughter did not want to go at all.

We all loved it. Even daughter said she would go back (this is high praise indeed).

Three floors - top floor had all the really retro games machines. Frogger, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man etc. This was the boys’ favourite floor.

Middle floor was my favourite - loads of pinball machines, something where you had to play drums, some dance things.

Bottom floor had more modern stuff. A game where you have to jiggle pigs and collect acorns. All in Japanese. No idea what was going on, but still had to have about 3 goes. Some immersive shooter things where you sat in a booth. They were busy, but looked really good. Various other shooter things, basketball games, lots of stuff I have no clue about. Then some sofas with stuff I recognised like Mario Cart etc.

There was a bar and a cafe, clean toilets. Lots of hand sanitiser. Love the model of pay to go in and everything on free play.

Accessibility - stairs or lift available to all floors. Huge potential for sensory overload - it’s quite warm, and some areas are VERY loud, and obviously lots of flashing lights. I would definitely recommend ear defenders or ear plugs if noise can be an issue for you. Cafe areas were much quieter.

We will definitely be back.

Great to be back after 6 months

Absolutely fantastic to be back in the arcade club bury. My last visit was round October Halloween 2020 befor they had to close down due to the pandemic.
I arrived for the opening night on May 20th for there 6pm start. It was just great to be back. My first game I played is one of my favourites is maimai finale one of them japanese rhythm games which I must have nearly spent nearly an hour on it and a few other games. The one I wanted to play on was playable but no sound on which is hatsune miku project diva. I did tell a staff member.
The next place I went to was the top floor to play some of the old 80s and 90s my favourite being time pilot and point blank. They had moved alot of the machines around so found it hard to find my favourite games, nice to see the rotation of games around. I did notice there where at least 10 games not switched on. It didn't affect me to much give the age of these machines.
Only stayed about 3hrs due to me having to get back home much prefer going for a full day like at the weekend.
I look forward to my next visit soon

Amazing place, was a little warm with face masks on but that can't be helped.
It was a buzzing atmosphere and really fun, managed to play so many different games. Definitely worth the money to access all the floors and play so much.

Booked for my birthday for the first time, absolutely amazed at how good everything was. Even with all the Clovid measures it's still pretty fun just a shame no drinking whilst playing games. Shout out to bartender Jake on the 3rd floor he was really funny and kind and made my bday a good one

Superb place, lots of fun

Superb place, lots of machines to play on, lots of choice of different generations of games.

Whole family (yes, even my wife) can find something to play on and have some fun with.

Cafe is reasonably priced. parking is ok.

Can't knock it and will be exciting to come again when the corona has gone away.

Until then please hold on I need to come back !!
