This is an excellent facility. My daughter loves coming here really good sensory and play area is fab , staff are very helpful and friendly highly recommend coming. We also feel we can relax here and let her a
explore and her feeling safe and secure. Also the cafe is really good, reasonable and cheap. Charity run also.

My daughter has complex needs, and we visit Boomerang for their Special Needs sessions on a frequent basis. The soft play area is just the right size to sit and watch from a distance, as you can see your child at all times. There's also a sensory room with ball bit and soothing lighting that is really lovely. The music room has interactive floor lighting and a wall brimming with multi sensory resources. The cafe is also completely inclusive with PECS menu for non-verbal children; very reasonably priced food and drink. Toilet facilities are brilliant with lots of room to change disabled adults and children. Hoist and track systems fitted in many areas too. We absolutely love this place; we know families who travel for miles to be here because it really is unique.

I work in a special needs school and we went on our first class trip out since covid today with 11 children. The staff at boomerang made it a very seamless, comfortable and fun experience for both the staff and children. All of the staff welcomed us in and booked out the soft play area just for our children to play in. They catered to our every need and were very friendly whilst doing so. Fantastic team, Thank you so much!

Heard of the place and wanted to check it out! We didn’t look at the pricing just the opening times.
Upon arrival we were met by a woman at the reception desk. She was polite and asked us for our name and age of our baby. We told her and she charged us £6.00. I thought it was on the more expensive side but didn’t query it. When I got home I looked at the prices online and despite tell the lady the age of our baby she charged us for a 6-12 month old. This was definitely done on purpose because I told the lady my son was 4 months old! She knew it was our first time going there (she asked)and took advantage in my opinion . Won’t be going back.

I visited today with my daughter and 2 Grandchildren, we have been several times before and really enjoyed it. However today was another story. Dining area was not clean, very strong smell of fried food that lingered the whole visit ( so much so I could smell it on my clothes and hair when I got home). No choice of snacks as they had all sold out barring the choice of 2 varieties of crisps. Also one of the rooms has now closed, very disappointing.

My toddler absolutely loved it here. The soft play was clean and a good size, and an 18 month old could do everything. He enjoyed the sensory room and interactive area too.

We knew this place was very SEN orientated, but it says on the website to check if there is a SEN session booked on and if not then you don't need to book. Checked online before I set off on the 30min journey and nothing. But was told it was only SEN when we arrived , even though it wasn't advertised anywhere. My young daughter was very upset and found the staff unfriendly. I suppose it's a really good place of your kid has SENs , but it shouldn't make out it's all inclusive

I've been bringing my daughter here since she was 6 weeks old, it's fab for babies/toddlers/pre school. They have a sensory room, interactive room and a great soft play room. There is also a cafe which serves a wide variety of reasonably priced foods.
Highly recommend a visit here :-)

We only really took advantage of the soft play area, however the first thing we all noticed was how cold it was, even at 10:30 in the morning. The next thing was that despite the soft play being open, they had booked it for a party. We were very sternly told by a member of staff at 11:20 that the room was booked and we would have to leave the soft play area. If such a large part of their business is unavailable, they should either schedule it for early in the morning, or later on in the afternoon so that customers are aware and can visit at times when they will not be abruptly Ejected. I'm sure their goals are now noble ones, but I feel they need a little more organisation and professionalism.
