The Tudor House was built in the 17th Century. Three floors are devoted to local and interesting historical objects. Our dedicated volunteers are always busy arranging, cleaning and maintaining our exhibits.

Just had to check this out. How the area looked during the Tudor times. Also able to take pictures and use materials within to dress up with. A good time had by all. Also some useful information. A must for tourists.

The lady was very friendly and the museum was quaint with lots to see. I especially enjoyed the garden outside. The stairs to the third floor were very creaky!

There is a lot packed into this museum which is across 3 floors (from memory). Not wheelchair or pushchair friendly but great for kids.
