- Meleri MorrisDenbigh, United Kingdom1 contributionSomething for everyoneThank you for an enjoyable two hours of play. We travelled an hour to visit, and the venue was very easy to find. We visited with our eight, five and one year old and there was something for everyone. We had lunch and the food was lovely, its nice to see healthy food choices on the menu. The staff were also great, it was reassuring to see staff stood by the baby area and at the bottom of the big slide. I will definitely recommend, and look forward to visiting again soon.Visited December 2022Traveled with familyWritten December 27, 2022
- Mark FWallasey, United Kingdom16 contributionsGreat times with the grandson.Great place for our grandson George. He never stopped for the whole two hours and loved every minute. The food was decent and not too dearly priced. The staff were very friendly and had plenty of time for the younger kids. Great to see separate play areas for the under fives and the under threes. This makes it more fun for the toddlers and younger children without getting caught up in the older kids games. Will definitely be making a regular return for George to let off steam. Thanks.Visited May 2023Written May 13, 2023
- HobinaPrescot, United Kingdom2 contributionsGrandchildren love it here. Not as busy today so we could stay 3 hours instead of 2. Good value. Staff efficient. Food good. Seating area not very warm and hand dryer in Ladies not working but when mentioned they provided blue roll towels which was acceptable.Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 3, 2023

Great place otherwise and food good value. Lovely staffVisited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 20, 2023

Difficult to take two children alone... I have a one year old and a just 4 year old. My 4 year old isn't overly confident and likes to be with me until she warms up. She wasn't allowed in the 3 and under bit (which I do understand but alongside an adult who is not going to let her run around) and there were older children in the 5 and under bit so I couldn't let my one year old crawl around and I couldn't manage both of them in the big bit.
I think adults paying £3.50 each for entry is ridiculous especially when it is £9.50 for children aged 1 and over for only two hours of play.
I have been to Bubbles so many times but I won't be going again whilst covid restrictions are still in place.

I arrived unplanned to be told that I could only book online as no facility to book onsite and they needed all details loading in so they know who is on site. I tried on my phone but they didn’t support apple pay on website and I don’t carry a card!!!
They took me through to pay at the cafe and took full payment and no details whatsoever of me and the family so obviously didn’t really need the info!!
At the cafe I couldn’t hear a thing as these stupid F thick plastic screens up and staff wearing masks, the place is full of loud kids (obviously) so we resorted to some kind of sign language.

Don’t charge parents to enter and sit there and buy drinks or food from your cafe while there!!! It’s not like we can leave our children and opt not to come in is it… And make your pricing structure online e clearer as it’s not clearly broken down which I presume is meant to confuse some people into not noticing how much adults have to pay to enter.
And what’s with only being able to book online?! Shake off the horrible covid days and move on to make life easier for the customer to just turn up on the spot when passing!
And the play frame needs a serious smarten up - tape holding so many parts together, areas not working that have been broken for literally years (ie the piano and flag areas).
£34 for myself and my husband to sit and watch our 6 year old play for the maximum of 2 hours and our 11 year old to play for 10 minutes (as we told him to go in and play with his brother for a bit!) then sat talking to us in spite of us paying full price for him to get in. Could’ve spent that money on a half day that we’d ALL have enjoyed!

It’s a great place to come to if your willing to waste your money. I will never understand the need to pay for adults when we only sit at a table and pay you even more for food/drink.
Came here around lunchtime so treated ourselves to a bite to eat. They had no hotdogs and no chicken so we resulted in having a pizza which was burnt and tasteless. We also had chips which were oily and again… tasteless.
I’m not expecting a gourmet Cafe but you can’t charge £7.25 for a pizza that’s half burnt surely!? 1 chips, 1 pizza and a childrens chicken nuggets and about 5 chips (we’d added some of ours to his plate before taking the photo) came to over £20.
We would come again as the play area is great and the place is kept well cleaned but why when you can go anywhere else on the Wirral and not have to pay for adults entry.

I visited with my 12 year old daughter and 11 month old daughter.
My 11 month old baby was having a great time in the under 3s section with her older sister sitting with her and watching her play. My 12 year old has little interest in soft play and doesnt want to play, she is too old and simply wanted to sit with her little sister.
We were approached by a young rude member of staff who asked how old my oldest daughter was to then be told she would need to leave. Bearing in mind she was sat with her baby sister playing not running around like a lunatic.
I then spoke to a manager who reiterated that she could not be in the under 3 section as she was not an adult! I asked if she was 16 would the same rule apply and was told yes. Completely and utterly ridiculous- i was told my oldest would have to sit outside and could not enter. The manager kept repeating its for "insurance" purposes when questioned further he could not provide an adequate answer and was rambling. Other parents could see this conversation taking place and were clearly equally disgusted by the attitude of staff. Disgusting attitude and not accommodating for families.

The same as other reviews (wish I’d seen them) unfortunately, having to pay adult admission for a 12 year old to sit on a chair and not be allowed on the frame to supervise younger siblings.
Adults can enter the play frame and are not hard to spot crawling or crouched under the low ceilings so why not a 12 year old that has paid an adult entry fee? Kids would rather play with their brother or sister than be followed round by a parent.
We were then stalked and harassed by staff on multiple occasions saying the 12 year old cannot go on the frame and making sure she sat miserable on a chair.

The facilities are ok. Typical ball play oriented child experienced and our 4 year old enjoyed it enough but the sign process was ridiculous.
Impossible to turn up and pay to get in. You have to go through an online check in process which was tedious and the £17.00 plus admission price for two adults and a 4 year old was more than a little over priced.
Would come here again to kill some time but would feel ripped off next time too.

I complained to staff about all the velcro toys for under 5s not sticking anymore. I was told eventually they would be fixed. Some areas are been updated slowly but why are we paying full price for aweful dirty toys. Food and drink is expensive. I know they have to recoup costs. It has good reviews , maybe old reviews when it was decent. It is the only place in new Brighton to take young ones especially when it's raining. Personally I'll be giving it a miss. 😡

Arbitrary rules meant 2 year old could not go in the under 5s with her sister but COULD go in the main part for all ages!' I was told she couldn't be 'supervised ' by a child....ridiculous.....they are BOTH children and I was supervising them. I do not allow them to supervise each other! I resent being spoken to like a child also and being watched in case my two children dared to enter the under 5 part.
Too expensive for what it is and its silly rules...£23 for 1 adult and 2 children plus £17 for food

Decent soft play, but the prices are ridiculous! Especially considering there are other play areas around that are pretty much the same for much much cheaper. 2 adults and 2 children (member price!) is £26.90! Non member price is £34.90!! To charge such prices for 2 hours I think is just way too much, especially in the currently climate. Not entirely sure how they can justify charging the same amount for a 1 year old as an 11 year old. The price doubles as soon as the child turns 1!

Age 2-3 is £5 members £6 non members in term time rising to £6.50/£7.50 in school holidays. Adults £1 members £2 non members. Think they have an online (advanced discount) booking system. Hope that helps

Search for bubblesworldofplay and instead of clicking on their website it should bring up an alternative that says BIGGEST and something, I think BEST ...... and in blue writing with this option it says admission prices and children's parties.
The prices alter according to age and when you go so it is better if you look on there.
Hope that helps.
