What an amazing trip to Organic Tuscany. Our experience was more than expected. It was a great mix of cooking and side trips. The villa is beautiful and Shilpa and Riccardo took great care of us, as did all the guides, and cooking assistants.
Incredible value for a cooking week that included trips to Sienna, San Gimignano and Florence

Riccardo and Shilpa and all their team of friends and neighbours made this cooking experience so lovely. The villa was authentic, beautiful and really homey. And the AC in the bedrooms was so welcome. The cooking experiences were really fun and inclusive and the other experiences planned for us, such as winery tour and pottery tour balanced out the week perfectly. Really good mix of cooking and other visits. I would recommend this week to anyone who loves good food, wine and company.

We waited 2 1/2 years for this trip and we weren’t disappointed! Our hosts were great. The villa and pool were fabulous and the food so delicious! It’s the perfect split between cooking, sight seeing, relaxing and just being totally spoilt! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Tuscany and experience the amazing food and wine from the area. Can’t wait to go again!

Shilpa, Ricardo, and their caring, enlightened Team were the catalyst to an endearing week of warm camaraderie, and serenity in the bucolic Tuscan hillside amongst olive groves and vineyards. Daily hands on authentic Tuscan cooking classes still left plenty of time to visit amazing medieval hilltop towns and villages. Sitting down outside with an international group of keen, enthusiastic classmates (who became fast friends), to raise a glass and dine on remarkable but simple well taught culinary creations was the highlight of our highly recommended time at Organic Tuscany. This is an experience you don’t want to miss!

Our month long Italy experience was designed around Organic Tuscany. We weren't disappointed. It was the perfect blend of cooking, exploring nearby towns complete with tours and wine tasting. Our week-long stay was never boring, a perfect balance and our group from England, Australia, US and Canada embraced our common love of food and wine. This is what Italy is and we hit the jackpot. Thank you again to all the staff, Shilpa and Ricardo for making our stay so wonderful.

Shilpa ,Riccardo and their staff were perfect hosts. The whole week was so well planned from Day one. The side trips were perfect for seeing more of Tuscany. The food we made together was delicious. We came home and have made several dishes. The villa was beautiful with amazing views. We can't rave enough about Organic Tuscany and plan to return. We just need more time in Italy. Two weeks is not enough.

I will never forget the fabulous week we had at Organic Tuscany. Shilpa and Ricardo were amazing hosts and everyone on their team, from the cooks to the tour guides, to the local artisans were approachable, knowledgeable and fun. It was a perfect mix of cooking and touring. I highly recommend the Organic Tuscany experience.

My mom and I attended the Vegetarian cooking week in May and could not have been more pleased. From the minute we first inquired about the class, they were helpful and professional, helping to arrange a car rental, telling exactly how to download Google maps, giving us turn by turn instructions for getting to the school and even advising us on some other places we were wanting to visit in the days before the class started. They have a nice mix of cooking and visiting near-by cities. The visits to Sienna and Florence included a professional guide and those ladies knew their stuff! They were entertaining and engaging and we learned so much fascinating history and culture from them.
Back at the school, they have a variety of instructors, all of whom are delightful people and amazing cooks. They use only the freshest ingredients and were very accomodating to those who had strong food preferences (like making 2 versions of sauce for those who like and who do not like garlic.) Christina, their olive oil and wine expert who comes in to do tastings and teaches about quality, has ruined my ability to just use whatever olive oil is on sale. My mom and I recently made dinner for 100 people...a 3 course Italian dinner using recipes we had learned in class...and everyone LOVED it. They cook what is fresh and in season so my mom and I are thinking about going back for their vegetarian class next fall to learn a whole new round of recipes. Whatever you do, take someone with you...a friend, your sister or mom...someone with whom you can later sit down with a nice bowl of fresh pasta and say, "Remember when we went to Italy and met those wonderful people and learned how to cook the best food we've ever made?"

My husband and I were able to attend one of Shilpa's Organic Tuscany cooking classes in June of 2016. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! First, the entire week is organized beautifully. The first night you are treated to an amazing multi-course meal out on the patio. Then, the group spends a few days cooking meals and a few days touring the area. We were so relaxed the entire time and of course the food was amazing! Finally, the class is in Tuscany so one can only imagine the views and the wine.
We have tried so many of the recipes since that week and all of our friends and family have enjoyed the meals, appetizers and desserts.
Shilpa is the most amazing hostess and really knows her stuff. The whole experience was well-organized and I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone. We would chance nothing about our experience. My husband and I hope to go back someday!

Beautiful Tuscany. This week was spectacular. The food was amazing and the people were down to earth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this cooking school if you are thinking of a trip to Tuscany. The day trips to Sienna, Florence and San Giaminano were amazing and the guides were so knowledgeable. The food we made and prepared exceeded my expectations. So many wonderful delicious flavors! Made some new friends for life as well. Thank you Shilpa and Ricardo.

Hello, we are considering booking a week here. One of our travelers can walk but maybe not for many kms in a day. How much walking is involved with the tours? Will there be opportunities to sit and take breaks? Thank you!
