Beautiful place lots of runs

Ski school was excellent for both skiers and snowboarders, plenty of cafes/eateries scattered around the site and the ski lifts are not too scary

Relatively nice prices for ski pass and ski equipment. The pistes are wide and well prepared - groomed. Artificial snow machines covers the most of the pistes. English speaking Personnel but Only!!! the Basics. Ski chalets are nice. Most of Lifts are quite old but fast enough to take to the top at a logical time, 4-6 minutes. Only one... More

We went here as pretty much beginners, having only skied for one day before. We knew in theory the basics but the ski school was excellent in showing us how it's done properly. We headed off pretty early having gotten the grasp and spent 2 days on the green slope. The green slope is 5km long & is excellent. We... More

If you want to spend a little time in the nature, this is the right decision! Go skiing or just take a walk. I'm sure you won't regret. If the prices are too high, bring a sandwich with you. And of course tea. You can't miss it. Don't worry if you can't ski, there are teachers, who are really polite... More

Great for beginners. Guys work really hard to keep pistes open even when there's not much snow. Small but friendly resort.

We headed to Pamporovo after a week in Bansko the month previously. We opted to try Pamporovo as we had found the contrast between the nursery slopes and the blue/greens in Bansko quite dramatic. Pamporovo is a small resort and a fair drive from Sofia but in my opinion well worth it. The slopes are beautiful (and we didn't have... More

This is our second time here during half term. The resort has a good range of runs and the ski school is excellent. Good selection of bars and restaurants. Last year it snowed a lot during our February half term there, this year it didn't snow the whole time and was unusually warm for the time of year. The team... More

Just about to leave Pamporovo , we will definitely be back. For beginners and intermediate skiers, this place is spot on, it's also has a few black runs to try out, its just a great resort. Even though, there was no snow fall while we were here, it has 90% snow cannon coverage, so the skiing was great, you are... More
