My husband and I have been here twice and each time was so worth it. We got to see baby turtles at the station both times.

I had to write this review after what I just experienced: yesterday I had the wonderful occasion of sighting a large amount (40?50?) of turtles laying their eggs on the superb beach at La Flor. Such a precious moment! Decided to return this morning, only...More

Irvin Chevez is a great tour guide to experience the turtles. He is knowledgeable about the turtles and answered all my questions. His passion to educate comes through and he is tuned into providing the best all around experience from the nature to the wildlife...More

We were picked up at our hotel after sunset, 1 hr drive to the site, and about an hour visiting there. Remember to take a red head lamp so as not to bother the turtles. It is nice that they are doing their best to...More

I absolutely loved this place! We went on a hike through the trees to the edge of the cliffs on the beach. Saw lots of birds and some cattle. Then saw lots of sea urchins and little fish in the rock pools and a starfish!...More

Seeing the turtles was awesome. There were so many laying eggs when we went. My problem was with the way things are run. Tour guides let the tourists walk around and some of the tourists are just ridiculous. They get in the way and right...More

We went touring through Nicaragua, as opposed to Costa Rica. Nicaragua is a great place and San Juan del Sur is a nice surfing spot. Fun but not special, and we felt pretty old there. However, we learned that you can go to La Flor...More

We went in November during the mass arrival of turtles and it was a wonderful experience. There was a full moon and it was a fantastic night. I would recommend this to everyone!

Great opportunity to see the turtles in the wild! 4x4 is recommend driving to the reserve. Sometimes you have to time it right to see the turtles. Recommend bringing red film for your camera/flash lights
