They sell you shirts at 5usd, when you can buy the same shirts for 3usd at the mercado central, and just a guy selling bracelets

A lot of the shops in San Juan Del Sur are not "haggle friendly". Meaning the people working there are just employees and do not have the latitude to haggle. The price they tell you is the price you must pay. Not the case here...More

Very nice place to visit to see some of the local art. The Nicaraguans are some of the loveliest people I have ever met. I would go back to SJDS in a heartbeat and probably will.

Out of all the little shops and street vendors, you will find the cheapest/most reasonably priced ones here. T Shirts to bracelets to Keychains to art, this is where to go.
