Great place to learn golf when young and enjoy a shorter golf course when older. Well maintained and fairly easy to get a tee time. America's first Junior Golf Course built specifically for people learning golf.

This is a pretty 9 hole course that is not too difficult if you haven't played in awhile and want to refresh your skills. The greens have been aerated so they were a little bumpy and the rough was thick, but all in all we enjoyed playing here.

Decided to try foot golf for the first time while visiting Hershey. For our family of 4 (two girls 9 & 11), we had a fun time. It took us about 1.5 hours to get around the 9 hole course. Kids enjoyed kicking the ball and it was a nice walk around the course. Bring your soccer balls (you can also rent balls) and a bottle of water if it is hot. Price was about 44 for all of us.

We decided our kids had all grown enough to handle more than the driving range but not quite a full 18 holes. We searched and found this local course which is part of the Hershey Country Club and not far off city center. Very easy to get to and super friendly people run it. They have a package that includes clubs, balls, tees and carts for four that is really reasonably priced to get your kids on a "real course" for starters. It's a true executive course, with some very interesting play on it. Water, Sand, high and low tee boxes and golf "carts" make the entire "experience" real and gave each of my kids an understanding of what a real game would look and feel like. At the end, I noted to each...and this was only 9 holes and you're "tired"? Full course, this was only half a round. They all noted it was a lot more exercise than they imagined.
Looking for a great way to spend a few hours, teach your kids a new skill and not break the bank- sign up for a tee time here! We all had a great time and it's very cost effective for what you are getting.
