I chose this spa from a Google search when I was looking for things to do in Hershey. Boy, am I glad I did! From start to finish, the experience was well organized, pleasantly delivered (from front desk through massage through payment at exit), and wonderfully relaxing. I got the Zen massage. The individual treatment room was an inviting space -- not too small, not too large, with appealing features, including a heated bed. The masseuse (Melissa) was exceptional. She listened to my preferences and concerns, and tailored her approach accordingly. For example, due to previous surgery, I have no lymph nodes at the right arm which means that side needs to be considered with special attention. I usually 'go on the alert' when a practitioner of any kind is treating that area. No need with Melissa -- I went right back to total relaxation as soon she started working on that side because she immediately shifted her approach. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I nearly zonked out, and I'm pretty sure I whimpered when it was over and I had to leave. If you can make some time for a spa treatment, this is the place to go! Tip: Emerald Springs is in a small strip mall with movie theaters and shops. The shops are accessible from a center walkway and are not visible from the parking lot. The spa is about halfway along the walkway.

I got the Nirvana service today at the Hershey location. I have never been so relaxed in my entire life. I’m still relaxed and it was at 9:15 this morning!! It is a little pricey, so be prepared

The experience was great. We showed up early for the appointment and they had no problem taking us back and make us comfortable. First, they offered us hot tea/ coffee and then took us to our room. The first impression of the room was not so good. It’s a very very small room for 4 people. The girls made it work but I know it could of been better with more space for them to work out of. The hour massage felt like 10 minutes, it was excellent!!! Couples massage was 160.00. They finished the session with a glass of wine and chocolate. Totally a great experience!! Don’t forget to request Jessie for the future massage in Lancaster.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a couples massage and Emerald Springs Spa had a lot of great reviews in many different places. From the initial appointment phone call to our last minutes there, this was the best spa experience we have found! We love getting massages every couple of months and we definitely benefitted from the care of the therapists there. They were thorough and kind, and the massage itself had a lot of high-quality details that other couples massages have left out. Warm lotion and oil, warm massage tables, hot towels, aromatherapy face masks, warm stone back pads, the works! I was sad to see that not everyone writing reviews had great experiences here, and I am sorry to hear that, but I hope you'll give them another chance! They also give new clients $10 off coupons and if you refer a friend, your friend gets $15 off and you get $10. Win win! Seriously, try this place out, like someone already said in their review - great quality and way less expensive than Hotel Hershey!

Stayed at the Hershey Lodge for several days in November and wanted to have a spa day with another person who was also traveling. We were really tempted to go to the Hotel Hershey but just couldn't bite on it, with steep prices and mixed reviews.
I'm SO glad we decided to give Emerald Springs a try. I should mention that they do sit in a strip mall, but do NOT let that deter you! Once you pass through the doors, there is nothing but quiet and fantastic service and you will forget you are anywhere but a 5-star spa.
You are first taken to the relaxation room, a quiet area where you can help yourself to Keurig coffee or tea or fresh, refreshing cucumber water. You are able to store your belongings in a locked locker and wear a cozy robe to get from room to room for your treatment.
I had a signature massage, sea salt body scrub, and signature foot repair treatment.
My therapist was Tasha and she did a wonderful job with all said treatments. Very thorough and as an introvert, I'm glad she didn't try to talk to me much throughout the treatments. I needed the quiet. I'd have to say, after having a handful of professional massages, hers was the most relaxing I've ever had.
The foot repair felt nice but honestly if you are doing the body scrub, I would skip this, as it seems a bit redundant. Either way, my overly dry feet did feel soft for a few days after.
The body scrub was wonderful, although I would recommend requesting it be done before your massage. The only reason I say this is that I came in there after the massage, very oily and relaxed, and the salt exfoliation was a bit of a shock to the system as she scrubbed my oily and plumped limbs. Might be just that I have sensitive skin, though, and it wasn't that big of a deal. Loved rinsing off in their multiple-headed shower, too.
My favorite part, though, was after, I was told I was welcome to sit in the relaxation room with my friend and have a cup of tea before leaving, instead of being ushered right out the door. I thought that was a nice touch and a great way to end our day.

Nice small spa to spend a girl's day. Whole spa smelled of lavender and jasmine. Low lighting and calm music enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. Massage was great. Only complaint is that my massage therapist got a lot of lotion in my hair.

Kristen was phenomena! I chose this spa over the Hershey Hotel Spa after reading some Yelp reviews. This place is 1/2 the price and the staff is sooooo wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door I was pampered like a queen. I was lead back to a lovely little dressing room with lockers to change into a robe and an adjoining waiting area to fill out the information sheet for my therapist. The therapist was on time, attentive and knew her stuff! I asked to have specific areas focused on and she did in spades! I had the massage, reflexology and salt scrub. Kristen tends to have a lighter hand, which was perfect for me as I do not like deep tissue massage. She did however know exactly where and how to work (stretch) specific areas that needed focus and would go deeper where necessary. The only thing I could suggest would be a little firmer pressure for the reflexology. Book here and you will not regret it!

Husband and I were in Hershey for our 30th anniversary. Decided to try a couples massage and based on reviews Emerald Springs Spa was the place we tried and was not disappointed. Location is in a strip mall but once you walk through the front door you forget where you are. Decor and music is very soothing and front desk greeted us with a smile . Went to the waiting area to fill out paperwork and then both of us were taken to the room to get ready. Both massages were excellent with heated beds, eye masks and heat on the spine and neck. Both of us left relaxed and very happy that we found this gem.
Only suggestion I would make is for us to have a chance to relax with water, tea or coffee after our massages. We got dressed in the room and used the rest rooms before leaving. There was a line for the ladies room and the relaxation room was filled with people waiting for services. Really couldn’t clean up or even get a drink of water before leaving.

Wonderful signature massage in a calm and serene environment. Would recommend Kristen , the wonderful masseuse who deftly plied her craft to work magic on my tense and stressed frame. Would highly recommend her and a visit here any time. Money well spent
