Interesting and entertaining in a hokey way. But, for visitors it is a great way to see and learn about Hershey. It does take a bit of time during the holidays so plan your time loosely. The trip flows well, but there was quite a...More

Thank you for taking the time to make me aware of your situation. Your intuitions are all correct; while we do have to keep to a schedule, we should not be departing earlier than the actual departure time. I appreciate that you've given me all...More

This was worth the hour trip. So much history. So much information. So much chocolate treats along the way. Information about Milton, his life, his school, and his legacy. Take this tour of you do nothing else.

We have ridden this Trolley a couple of times now. It is a good, scenic ride and very informative. The kids love it at Christmas time, and the staff on board are great!

I purchased my tickets online, but you can get them right inside the Hershery Park building. As soon as you enter the doors it is on the right inside the lobby. It was a great tour. Not sure about the running schedule... More

There are not restrooms on the trolley. However we start and end near the front doors of Hershey's Chocolate World, and the restrooms are right inside the door.

I found a ticket for a Hershey's Sweet Adventure Pass (1 Replies)
my question is, I am not sure if it includes all the "Hershey" stuff like the factory tour etc? Does anyone know? Here is the description: "**Hershey's Sweet Adventure Pass is a AAA-exclusive ticket that includes admission to Hershey Park, Hershey Museum, Hershey Gardens, Chocolate World 3D Show, Hershey Trolley Works, and the Antique Auto Museum." We will only have like 2 days in PA and I don't want to visit as much as possible, but at the same time i realize 2 days probably isnt...More

The pass will cover the biggest attractions. There is no factory tour of the real factory. Chocolate World offers a ride-through tour showing the chocolate making process. This is free. Within Chocolate World there is a very, very small simulated type factory line where the kids can pretend they are chocolate factory workers and fill a bag of Hershey kisses - there is a charge for this. From your description of the pass, it doesn't appear this is included.
