Post pandemic crap. Yellow styrofoam shoved in the holes. Horrible and unnecessary. Uneven play. Almost No holes in one because even ones that should be role out. Full price for that junk. Very unhappy. Manager doesn’t care. I’m done

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever had!!! Wasted an hour of our family's holiday trying to get a coupon to work that they admitted had a known issue! They refused to honor the ad that they put in a magazine and didn't even attempt to make things right. As someone who works in customer service myself, I could never imagine not taking care of a customer, especially after admitting there was a known issue. Never go here!! Take your business and money to a company who doesn't look at customers like just another paycheck. So many other mini golf locations in the area!

We take credit cards! Thanks for the review. Helped us to realize that we needed to update our system. Guests can now use Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Great place to go with the whole family for go-karts, mini-golf, arcade, driving range, bumper boats and BRAND NEW LASER TAG!!! Clean place, friendly staff. We had a great time and highly recommend.

The absolute worst place to go for customer service. It is amazing that a place can survive with the service they offer, especially with the Carlisle Sports Emporium and soon to be Dave and Busters in direct competition with them. I surprised my husband by taking him here for his birthday. The guy at the counter did not measure any heights for the go karts, as you are supposed to. Anyway, we found out he was too short to ride as a passenger. No problem, we'll get a refund, seemed like an honest mistake. The problem is the manager said, "WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY." Even though, she admitted they should not have sold us the ticket. It took almost 10 minutes for her to finally decide to give us a full refund. The sad part, the employee who sold the ticket was very sorry and empathetic. The manager though was a complete jerk. She said she was the general manager. If that is the case, this place is in a lot of trouble. This was our first and last time going there.

The golf course, several arcade games, and various other parts of the facility were in poor repair. The bathroom was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned recently; there were no paper towels and the waste can was overflowing.
The staff clearly was overwhelmed with the crowd, and just as clearly were past the point of caring.
We had to speak with the manager because a change in policy meant that they were insisting that children who could not swim operate boats unattended. I guess that extra $1 per person is more important to them than safety.
It's a shame, because they're so close to us, but we're never going back.

Everything was fun there but no package price to do all. Was $8.00 each for each activity and got 5 minutes time. If have a family could add up very quickly. Nice but not worth the price!

We splurged and stopped by Adventure Sports for the first time recently. The trip was well worth it, though the cost adds up quickly.
Our main goal was to give our kids a chance to ride the bumperboats and the go karts. The cost for each was about $7 per person per ride. The bumperboat ride lasted about 6 1/2 minutes, which was certainly enough time to get thoroughly soaked (and thoroughly soak others) as the boats are armed with water skirters!). We enjoyed it, as did the kids.
We also tried the go karts, which cost the same amount per ride. Again the ride was of reasonable length (maybe 6 laps?). As they all go about the same speed, racing is somewhat difficult, but it is still fun to try. As they are low to the ground, they feel they are going faster than they are, Our 11 year old son had a blast since he got to drive without having to have a parent with him, The cars have a low center of gravity so they handle the curves well, and if someone gets stuck, the staff somehow has a means of stopping all of the cars automatically until they get the person un-stuck, so there is minimal danger.
It was expensive...we limited the kids to a few brief rides...but their excitement made it well worth it.
For little kids there are items such as a brightly-colored wooden train in the shade where they can play for free, while your older kids spend your money elsewhere.
The same facility also has laser tag, miniature gold, but we did not try any of these and cannot comment.

We went for the karting only. $7 for 7 laps. Karts were soo slow. Not returning. There we many other activities here. But we didn't do anything else here. Would not return for the go karts

Tonight I went to golf with two of my friends. When we arrived, we noticed that there were children from what appeared to be a summer camp. However, when we first began, there were not many children on the mini golf course. After finishing the 3rd hole, a group of kids from the camp suddenly cut in front of us. From that point on, we were constantly surrounded by kids. They were rude and disruptive, frequently cursing and telling members of my group that they "suck" when they hit a bad shot. They would blatantly cut in front of groups and walk across the hole while others were playing it. Finally, on the 18th hole, one of us got a hole-in-one, which should have gotten us a free round of golf. However, when we got inside, nobody was there to honor the free game. Overall, it was horrible experience. We will not be returning.
