I visited this Get Air place in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on September 2nd I was traveling from Florida to Harrisburg to visit my sons and Grandkids and we taken them to this place. The customer service person that "helped" us was the worst customer service person I ever had. First she was loud and demanding when you asked any questions. I don't know her name but he was dressed in black, short hair and like 100 of earrings in her ears. The procedure to register ourselves was kind of new because I never been there before, so every time we asked something she have this big attitude with us, like she do not wanted be there that day. I questioned her ability to work as a customer service. She was very, very rude and using bad language around the kids , she was very out of line. I will send a report to Get Air Corporation ,because people like her can't be work in places like that. See picture attach with her face helping another poor customer.…

So we live closer to a Sky Zone but my kids and their friends much prefer Get Air. So we drive the extra 25 minutes to go there. It always seems to be clean and not overly crowded. They have more of a variety of things to there compared to other jump parks.

Our grandson who lives in Canada is visiting for the holiday so after his cousins ended school we brought the 3 of them here. Their ages are 11, 8 & 7. The oldest does parkour and he and his sister had been to a birthday party here and enjoyed it. Our grandson from Canada had a blast here as well. Initially I was worried about how busy it might be, but we arrived early afternoon and it was perfect to allow the 3 of them to get familiar and comfortable. Once more older children arrived it was still manageable for the 3 of them to jump near each other. Located in the Union Square shopping center there is plenty of surface parking. It is located directly across from Chuck E Cheese. You have to have grippy socks so if you have to buy them, keep them for future return visits. I noticed some grandparents had brought in water bottles which is a good idea. This way not so many visits to the drinking fountain or asked if you will buy water/soda! Another great thing is lots of seating for the adults watching. You can sit in a massage chair or on benches. Rather than pay attention to the clock they announce by the color of your wrist tag when your time is up! It was a great experience and we will return. …

My children was there last summer for a friends birthday party and loved it so much my son wanted to visit for his birthday...... There is so much more to do at this place than the other popular like this. There is an obstacle course which is what my kids played on the most. My kids kept racing each other. They have a ramp you have to climb and jump off of, then crawl under the netted ropes and crawl over a set of netted ropes and hand walk a ladder, then climb a wall like rock climbing...... so much fun.…
