Easy to get to. The bridge is nice. It's peaceful at night. The entire area is always pretty clean. The view of the city is great.

A gem in the middle of the Mighty Susquehanna. Family-oriented, baseball, walking, bridge. I believe there is a sandy beach also.

Here you will find Professional Baseball, The Spot Hot Dogs, Soccer, Miniature Golf, and many fun activities for adults, or their children. After a visit, all will need a nap.

GREAT view across the Susquehanna River to see downtown Harrisburg. Summer is best, but nice place to take children of all ages or a date for a lovely walk, ballgame or test your batting skills.

Had a business function here for my coworkers. Had never been and took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. So many things to do here. We had a great day and will be going back for the beach, the walking trail and to kayak! Worth the trip.

Great place to walk to across a pedestrian bridge that goes across the river. Lots of great things to do for all ages from baseball to miniature golf and train rides. You can take a boat tour from there as well.

This used to be a fun place to take the family. Now, the stands are closed, there is trash everywhere, and I saw two people shooting up drugs on a bench. Family? I think NOT! This city needs to focus on how these former landmarks are being g perceived. If an addict thinks it is a good place to do... More

I was at City Island many times. I was there most recently for the breast Cancer walk and had a great time. The Island was clean and there's always something to do there.
