In many major North American cities, old style movie palaces no longer exist, having given way to multiplex cinemas, which themselves are giving way to movies on demand. I am grateful to whoever decided to save this 1931 gem from the wrecking ball. Used principally...More

When in Erie, take in a show at this restored 1930's theater. Upon entering the doors you can see why these theaters were considered "palaces", the art-deco interior will enchant your eyes, and the beauty of the lines of construction will lead you into the...More

I have seen a number of productions here. The plays and performances have been fine, but what is always first class is the venue. This theatre offers all the feeling of Broadway you could ask for here on Lake Erie.

First of all, the Warner itself is very beautiful. It does remind you of the old Broadway Theaters when they were in the Golden Age of live plays, musicals, etc. It's a shame that the people we recently encountered during a concert didn't have the...More

I though I left Erie and stepped into the theater district in Boston. The space wraps around and embraces you. .The balcony foats like a cloud and is almost as long. Not a bad seat. I saw Arlo Guthrie last week and although thinly attended,...More

Great place to see a concert or show. Well managed facility and production crews. Saw Weird Al there a few days ago and had a great time!
