We traveled to Erie from Ontario to take advantage of some tax free cross border shopping. This was a complete waste of time and gas money! This mall is terrible, the food court has maybe 3 restaurants in it, pizza, asian and sandwiches. Its like this entire mall has been frozen in time, the selections in the stores were outdated and terrible. The stores outside the mall are not as bad but the actual mall itself was terrible. Such a disappoint, we will stick to Buffalo from now on.

Millcreek PA is between Buffalo NY and Grove City PA (for the cross-border shoppers) - about an hour and a half from Fort Erie. Worth the drive. No sales tax in PA on clothes. Olive Garden across the street, and lots of good shops. Found some great deals at BON TON and Macy's. We will go back for sure. Hotels near shopping can be expensive so book ahead or consider driving out a bit further for accomodations.

Great mall lots of stores and the best perk is that it's tax free.

As most men don't like to shop like we women do, this is the rare one I can get my husband to take me to. It does offer plenty of stores and dining options, though. New choices open often and they've added a Primanti Bros. dining option. Guess it fills the bill. We will return and is a great option at Christmas time.

I travel to Erie, Pa just to shop here. Everything one could want is located in this mall (Macy's, Sears, FYE, Deb, etc.). Love this mall! In some malls, I often shop and come out without even buying anything. Not here!

For those of us from Canada, Millcreek Mall is very good. There is no sales tax on clothing, so right off the bat that is a 13% savings. The selection of stores is good...could be better, but could be worse. The food court is certainly improved since my first visit (now includes Fuddruckers, Subway, Sbarro and and a couple of others). It is conveniently located, just off of the I-90 and Peach Street. Combine a trip to Millcreek and the outlet mall in Grove City, and that is a perfect shopping weekend.

Small mall with some great stores - entire complex offers a unique shopping experience. Millcreek is always worth a visit.

We travel a lot and get to a lot of malls. This one is near the top of the list. With the exception of Sears which seems to be closing here, there are almost no empty spaces. There are some upscale eateries as well as a food court with 5 or 6 choices. There is a variety of stores to fit various levels of spending habits. There is also a nice group of detached stores which are part of the complex. I see more cleaning people pushing carts around and doing their job than at other malls. Negative comments here about the pet store are unfair. I've only observed the staff treating the dogs humanely. Hotels are also part of the complex. Erie should be proud of what is here, and not many malls are this nice.

Overall the mall is nice and I used to enjoy shopping there, but every time I would go, I would see the poor pet store pups in the Heartland Pets windows and I'd avoid making eye contact with any of them and walk on the opposite side of the mall. I no longer shop there because I recently found out that the puppies that are residing in Heartland Pets are from puppy mills, and the way puppies are treated at puppy mills is horrific (educate yourself - look it up). The truth about Heartland Pets ruined the Millcreek Mall for me and I will continue to feel that way until they stop supporting puppy mills, and go humane. #EriePuppyMillAwareness
