This place is good for the family. Pay per ride and not just a one-time exorbitant fee. I see they have a campground. That looks really good to camp there. Nature yet modern. I hope that is what the Netherlands will be like for me. It isn't too big or specular in size but it is quiet, the food good price and natural. Where you can be with non-PA Dutch Pennsylvania. They aren't so rude or fat. Good Penn State students come from there. Not many jobs and Knoebels is the only min. wage.

Wow. My first time to Knoebels, half the park wasn't even able to open due to Covid, and I cannot wait to go back. We had such a great time. People were social distancing, everyone had a mask on (something Hershey couldn't do), and everyone except a couple of middle aged male ride ops on the coasters were incredibly nice. And speaking of, Phoenix and Twister were outstanding, they're taking such good care of their rides.

Knoebels is a great place to make family memories. Ages can find something to do- from sitting in the shade to riding thrill rides. One of my favorite rides is the wooden coaster- The Phoenix. It is a smooth ride, so much fun. If you want a great view of the park take a rider on the Skyway, it is a chair lift ride. When you get to the top you can see the whole park- great for pictures. Besides all of the fun rides, Knoebels has some really great food!! Lots of choices that can please any one. If you like to camp, you can enjoy the campgrounds, plus they do have cabins to rent. A great place to visit!!

Went on Sunday 10/18. Lines were not long. 5 kids got on about 15 rides from 12:00-5:00. Not much social distancing but everyone was wearing masks. Had a great time.

Knoebels has been a huge and happy part of my life. I've loved visiting every year and now I get to share that joy with my kids....until this year. Our family camped at the campground this past weekend. On Saturday we decided to purchase all day ride wristbands because we planned to spend the entire day at the park having fun. What a nightmare it was. Knoebels did not limit the number of people at the park at all and did not follow any of the safety measures they tout that they are following. I have never seen the park anywhere near as crowded as it was and during a pandemic it was completely ridiculous. Knoebels continued to sell wristbands all day even though the lines for rides were over 2 hours long. It was impossible to get your money's worth with the wristbands even if you were willing to join the crowds to fight for space in the park. We decided to head back to our campsite with the hope that the crowd would lessen later in the day. Instead the crowd continued to grow. The following morning we were waiting at Guest Services to try to get some sort of compensation for our horrible experience. We requested a refund on the wristbands or even a partial refund, or a discount on a wristband for Sunday or even just a few ride tickets to make up for the fact that we wasted all that money on a wristband that couldn't be used due to them not having all rides open and requiring social distancing on the rides but then allowing everyone into the park so that there was nowhere for everyone to go. Suzanne K (head of guest services) was beyond rude and extremely flippant about the entire thing. She said nothing could be done because it was our choice to buy the wristbands. I explained we did that with the understanding that Knoebels was following COVID guidelines like they advertised. She insisted they did their part by putting up signs. She stated it isn't Knoebel's responsibility to make people follow the rules. I've never been treated so rudely or seen an establishment take such a flippant attitude towards customers. After this I will not be returning as my kids and I no longer view Knoebels as a fun place for a family to visit. It is definitely time for Knoebels to find a new Guest Services manager.
