This is a great place to visit. We took our Girl Scout troop ages 6 to 15 we all enjoyed ourselves. The planetarium was awesome and the observatory thrilling.

Small museum but engaging. There were good short movies held in the planetarium. Warning, if you don’t like kids - I recommend that you avoid these movies when kids are around. Part of their fun is responding to the movies and most parents would encourage their participation (as I did). The students who run the place are great! Knowledgeable and friendly. Small fee was worth the couple of hours we were there.…

Very small and poorly run. The planetarium show is from the 80's. Also, they allow children to talk through the entire show. Why are 2 year olds at a show on black holes making so much noise that no one can hear the narrator? Yes, unreasonable parents, but the person running the projector should have asked them to leave. Don't waste your time or money on this one.…

We loved the small museum, many different animals we were quite impressed with the amount of animals in a small space. Interactive things for young children to touch. We were able to see the young children’s planetarium show. The kids loved the show and had never been to a planetary of the form. Although the planetarium was very chilly, bring long sleeves or jackets for young children.…

The wildlife portion of the museum is small and the exhibits put the animals right in front of you, so you can really see them. In fact, it is really hard not to want to touch them. The attached planetarium offer films throughout the day. Worth a visit but won't take more than one-one and a half hours.…
