Easily the best mani/pedi I have ever had! They do the entire experience--massage, moisturizers, scrub and paraffin wax for your hands and feet. Please make sure to show up EARLY to your appointment--the relaxation room is the best! They offer light & healthy refreshments, while you lounge and wait for your spa service. The ladies restroom is clean and well-appointed--you could get completely ready there with all of the amenities that they offer. Seven Springs is really turning into a world-class resort, and it is evident in their spa.

My husband and I took advantage of the spa during a weekend getaway to Seven Springs. We both had a massage that was so relaxing and rejuvenating. And I was excited to wait for him to finish because the water feature in the lobby is a Pokemon training gym!

The service itself was great. My only complaint was that the men's area for getting ready had a black mold substance around the vents. Can't imagine its healthy.

My friends and I stayed in one of the condos at Seven Springs from August 1 – 8, 2014. Three of us made reservations at the Trillium Spa for the Manicure Mondays special service that was advertised in all of the promotional materials found in the condo (i.e. spa brochure, Seven Springs site map, etc.). At the time of making the reservation we specifically stated that we wanted to book the advertised mani/pedi special on Monday August 4th.
Upon our arrival at our scheduled time we were sorely disappointed to find that: 1) our reservation had been booked for August 11th and listed under scrambled first and last names 2) the advertised manicure package had expired a month earlier (more on that later) and 3) we were asked to fill out a form requesting a large amount of medical data, some of which would be considered Protected Health Information for a simple manicure procedure. We left the spa without receiving any services as there was only 1 staff member on site at the time to provide service. No manager was alerted of the problem at this time.
We then went to the Bavarian Bar to have a drink and make alternate plans. Our server in the bar was wonderful, heard our story and brought it to the attention of her manager. The Restaurant manager contacted the Spa manager who then tried to resolve the problem only by re-scheduling our appointments. No complementary services were offered nor was honoring the advertised special offered as compensation. We were unable to re-schedule appointments due to other commitments for the week.
As we left the lodge via the main entrance we noticed a large stantion sign advertising the mani/pedi special that we had tried to book but were told that had expired a month earlier. No expiration date was listed on the sign. The Restaurant manager saw us leaving and asked if everything had been resolved. We said “No we were unable to re-schedule appointments. But look at that sign over there.” pointing out that the special was still being advertised a month after it supposedly expired. The Restaurant manager walked over, removed the sign and immediately proceeded to the spa. He was not amused. When we returned to our condo and looked at the marketing materials the only expiration date printed was on the spa brochure and was for 2013. This was the same brochure shown to us in the spa itself and it was then that we realized that all of the spa marketing materials on site were a full year out of date.
The previous review that mentioned poor management and staff rings true for our experience as well. Actions speak louder than words. No one wants to hear about how they are a valued customer and then be treated poorly. Due to poor staff training and ineffective management, the Trillium Spa lost the business of 3 customers willing to spend a significant amount of money. We will not be recommending this facility to anyone.

While in PA for a wedding, my hubby and I opted to enjoy some couple time relaxing at the resort and booked a couples spa package. We arrived early and headed to the pizza shop to grab a quick slice. The gals working were amazing - very friendly and warm. While checking out the other shops we spotted an amazing Bloody Mary bar, staffed by an even more incredible hostess - would love to hire her! We asked some questions about different items and the locally sourced products. We also asked about traveling to other areas of the resort, including the spa, not knowing if there were any restrictions should be buy cocktails. Delightfully, we could go anywhere on property with them. I set about building an insane Bloody Mary packed full of shrimp, veggies, cheeses....it was pretty epic, I thought it would be a fun social media post that would make my dad laugh - he’s a Bloody Mary enthusiast. My husband was engaged in conversation with a gentleman working there about a bourbon blend, he ended up with a Mule. Laughing, relaxed and impressed with the team members, we headed to the spa. We were immediately and aggressively confronted about the fact that we had brought glass into the spa. A simple apology for any misinformation that we were given and an offer to change into a plastic cup could have been the end of it. Nope! A disheveled looking man emerged from a back office to actually yell, embarrass and scold us for even having any alcohol. “They teach us in massage school that alcohol is counterproductive to massage”. He actually did this 3 times coming out from his office each time. We were still in the spa lobby area and had not even been checked in yet. We stated very plainly that we were not comfortable staying in the environment or moving forward with a service, it was no longer a relaxing space for us based on his unwarranted and escalated behavior. We were told that we would be charged if we left. Nothing like being bullied into a situation. We spoke with a manager on duty for the resort, he offered to refund 1/2 to my cc but then decided to give us a gift card that would force us to stay in an environment that we already expressed made us uncomfortable. Shameful. We will never be back, and anyone thinking that this is a relaxing venue should run in the opposite direction.

Trillium is one of my favorite spas anywhere. I spent $700 for myself and a friend to have a spa day. I am sad to say we were both very disappointed with our facials by Amber. Amber is very nice, but talks/complains non stop. We were there to relax and were inundated with her family saga...the mean sister in law, nephew Louie, the twin brother in law, etc. Apparently she also has a strong dislike for the Kardashians. 🙄. Why am I hearing about the Kardashians and body image when I am there to be pampered? She was on such a roll that I believe she forgot to do any pore extractions...on both of us. Neither one of us has ever experienced anything like this. My advice is to consider getting a service other than a facial

This is my 3rd and last visit to the Trillium Spa.
My two daughters and myself each had a mediocre at best, 50 minute massage where the gratuity is added in for us. $491 was our total .
My massage therapist was going throughout the motions. I paid for deep tissue but I got a glorified sweetish massage. I was cold and had to ask for a blanket, her hands and body reeked of cigarette smoke.
My daughter was cold as well and wasn’t offered a blanket.. Her therapist was miserable and not friendly.
The ambiance could be enhanced if the fireplace that they built the entire room around was in working order. This is my third time there that it wasn’t working.
What a waste of money.!!!!!
Very unfortunate , you can feel the tension when walking tnto the door. The employees are not happy to be at work. It is a spa where hardworking people come to get pampered. Not worth it at all!!!
I never write negative reviews. But I really think the upper management needs to reevaluate something within this establishment. I absolutely love seven springs resort. Trillium Spa is in need if some TLC

We schedule appointments for every 8 weeks, part of our 5 star review is as they've gotten to know us, we feel a better level of service takes place. The SPA itself is quaint, rustic, quality...not large and elaborate, which we like. Luella always greets us upon arrival, you fill out a questionnaire (fill as much as you feel comfortable with) while seated in a lovely reception area with fresh flowers, fireplace and large windows. Service is prompt! Once you check in, your directed to your locker room/locker, they have quality toiletries (love the lotion), a steam room, sauna and showers, it's never busy in the actual locker room area. Then make your way to the "quiet" area with loungers or chairs w/ottoman infront of a huge fireplace. They have ice water, nuts, fruits, tea w/instant hot water and lots of natural/garden type magazines. Go 30 mins early to enjoy the amenities. One huge negative we have run into probably 50% of the time...very noisy clients. Several ladies chatting at a voice level as if they were the only ones in the quiet room...but I guess there are rude people everywhere...
My hubby and I usually start with a 50 min Trillium Signature facial which leaves your face feeling revived and silky smooth. A great neck, shoulder and arms massage with heated mits for your hands. The bed is comfortable and heated while soft music plays in the room. $110 plus 17% auto tip.
For our massage, we chose an 80 min Trillium Signature massage, just the right length of time. $165 plus 17% auto tip.
We've had pedicures, manicures, wraps, salt scrubs and all types of packages. Every procedure has been exceptional. We've also purchased products and SPA ritual polishes.
We highly recommend the Trillium SPA. Call a week or so ahead for an appointment but we've also tried walking in, and we're able to obtain appointments during the off peak season.

I have frequented Trillium spa over the past several years and always come out feeling like a new person. The massage therapists are always really exceptional and we make it a point to go early to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and the relaxation room that has an array of hot teas, nuts, chocolate, and other fantastic goodies! Everyone that works there is very professional and pleasant! What I really like are all of the different amenities I can use after the relaxing showers to get ready for a lunch or dinner at the lodge!

My Fiancee and I are planning a trip in early June, 2015. I have been reading of various renovations going on at the resort, and was wondering what is being renovated?
We have booked a 2 story butler veranda suite, and is that area under construction?
Thanks
