We went during the summer season and it was hot sunny beautiful day. We enjoyed their slides. The train takes you up and you come down through a slide sitting on a sledge with is operated solely by u no one else is responsible for the movement, speed, as well as the excitement. You can enjoy many sports activities such... More

I really wanted to love this place. The setting is gorgeous - mountains, green as far as the eye can see. The building need updated. It's almost like going back to a country club in the 80's. The restaurants/bars are completely understaffed. One bar had the doors unlocked & open, but not a single human in sight. We wandered around,... More

Because of the poor customer service at registration, the beginning of our day was very frustrating. The kiosk registrations were slow and out-dated. The lines were long, with just two people processing payment. However, there were at least three to verify a signature that took much less time. The registration area was poorly marked for first-time visitors. We wasted nearly... More

We had an amazing stay at the resort. Service from check in to check out was fantastic. Staff works very hard. There are so many things to do for all ages. My group really enjoyed the outdoor pool with drink service. The Matterhorn lounge was a fun location for us to celebrate the bachelorette in the evenings. The rooms were... More

I just got back from a weekend at Seven Springs Resort for an archery shoot my husband was attending. When we looked at the hotel's website, it boasted lots of restaurants and so much more. I was disappointed with the accomodations. I would definitely call the whole experience mediocre. There were only 3 restaurants to choose from and the food... More

Recently visited Seven Springs and had a horrible experience! After taking a shower the stuff that was left on the floor was all wet - due to water coming from the floor above us. Called maintenance - they NEVER showed up! The BBQ buffet was NOT ready as promised and the amount of meat they gave my two 15 year... More

Family coming in from Indianapolis area and Philadelphia area made the Seven Springs Resort area a good mid-point meeting up. We stayed in the condo's. Due to schedules we went beginning of April; the resort naturally was in closed mode and getting ready for spring fun.

The rooms are outdated. The food is expensive and not very good. I paid $12 for a cold pretzel! The restaurants and bars seem understaffed. It took me 45 minutes to get served in the bar, and that's after I complained. The bartender was by herself and the room was packed. She should have had help. There is an arcade... More

Huh??? No safety bars on ANY of the chairs on Tyrol chairlift???!?! . Are you kidding me Seven Springs??? That chairlift should be shut down until updated. Also have you no Ski Courtesy or Ski Safety patrol anymore?!? Advanced skiers are dangerously weaving in and out of beginners on beginner trails. Very crowded. Too crowded to be considered safe. Also,... More

The Hungry Detective and friends with teenagers spent the weekend at the top of the mountain at Southwind town homes. What a great resort with special terrain parks and great steep slopes for every aspect of skiing or snowboarding. Best apres skiing in the Foggy Goggle at the bottom of Wagner slope with hip tunes and grub!!! VERDICT: Look no... More
