I cannot say one bad thing about this resort. The rooms were decent, the food was great at all 3 restaurants, the staff was very pleasant, and I thank you for a pleasant experience.

The slopes are easy to reach to much of the DC to Baltimore corridor. The slopes are well groomed with good beginner slopes for first timers. Staff was pleasant, mostly remembering my name.

Yes, this is the ultimate family resort for that sort of thing. The only problem is good snow conditions are a very iffy issue. They do make snow in the winter but call ahead and see what the conditions are. Good luck.
