The heritage center is a great place to learn about army history. The grounds outside have historical displays from an American Revolution blockhouse to a World War I trench to a World War II bunker to military equipment used during the Vietnam War. All nicely...More

On family vacations I always feel the kid's should learn something. Well no place better than here. What a nice place to visit from the trail to the museum. We could have spent the whole day there. Many people walking the trail were older possible...More

Really nice place..if you don't mind walking around. Very informative with great reconstruction of actual events. The museum is small but very interesting. Free to enter.

I have been here several times. The inside and outside are Very Well done. There is a lot of interesting thing see and read. They stuff from 1700's thru modern day. I would Highly Recommend this place. It's a great place to take kids

This is a must see, both inside and outside. Free too. Allow plenty of time. Numerous outside displays plus tremendous museum displays and artifacts. Really makes one realize the sacrifices made by our military. Thank you army!!

We were here on business, but the museum here is really nice. I was brought to tears more than once in the soldiers gallery. I just wish I had more time to really go through each and every exhibit. Outside is probably more child oriented...More

I would say to allow 3-4 hours total for both the inside and outside.

No, there is no admission fee. They do have a drop box if you would like to contribute to sustaining this wonderful exhibit.
