A "Must-Do" for the whole family while visiting PA Dutch Country!...

A "Must-Do" for the whole family while visiting PA Dutch Country! Ride like the Amish in our horse drawn carriages and buggies driven by our local Amish and Mennonite neighbors. You will visit a private working Amish dairy farm (Monday-Saturday only) and see the different farm animals, and learn about Amish life right from the source! Private rides are our specialty! We have helped in planning many engagements on our Buggy Ride! Gift certificates are available. WE LOVE GROUPS! Our larger carriages can accommodate up to 20 passengers and groups simultaneously leave in multiple carriages.

Great time!

Obviously commercialized, but still a good time. Our driver was Lydia and she was awesome to answer all of our questions.

We chose the farm tour (they offer three different buggy ride experiences) and had a very good experience. John, our driver and the owner of the farm we visited, was extremely knowledgeable and offered non-stop dialog about the area, the Amish, etc. He was gracious to answer any and all questions. Buggy was more of a cart/carriage (it sat 12... More

Thank you for your review. We often smile about our "air-conditioning". We call it "409 air-conditioning". That is four wheels turning at 9 miles an hour. ;)) Even in warm weather our carriages are comfortable. All our "buggies" are Amish made. We have carriages that seat 4, 6 or 8 (market type) and larger wagons for family groups and friends.... More

Get a small peek into the world of the Amish farmer. The wagon ride takes about 12 people on a tour of the Amish countryside, with a stop at a real working Amish farm. Our driver was delightful. I would highly recommend this tour company!

Thank you. We are happy that you enjoyed your visit and experience with us. There is so much to see and do here that visitors could stay a week and not get it all done. The Cookie Run and Farm Tour was an economical way to see a local farm and stop for cookies and lemonade ($2 - not included) provided by a small Amish boy with a basket and a welcoming attitude. Great experience; we saw all types of farm animals, including miniature horses, draft horses, cats, goats, and dairy cattle as well as... More

We chose these buggy rides because they are owned and driven by local Amish. We throughly enjoyed the ride! The scenery was beautiful, the ride was relaxing, and our driver, Aaron, was engaging and informative. My husband really enjoyed talking with him. We stopped at a local Amish farm where we were able to purchase homemade lemonade, root beer, and... More

Your visit meant a lot to us. Our drivers are the best ! That's our opinion. Lydia and almost all of the rest of our drivers are Old Order Amish church members. We have some Old Order Mennonites and Brethren as well, in addition to some young folks who haven't joined church yet. :)) We organize to serve you better.... More

This was a great time had for my husband and I. Barbara was a GREAT narrator of our trip and made us feel right at home. She answered all of our inquisitive questions and told us all about the farm we were visiting and their lifestyle. Very educating and enjoyable. Hats off to Barbara.

The tour was a great way for our kids to see that one can survive without a smartphone a GPS system and a vehicle. John was comfortable answering our questions and lent a great deal of insight into daily life for the Amish. I highly recommend.
