Completed all three experiences. Started at 10am finished a bit after 1:30pm. My recommendation is to have lunch after the movie then tour their school- house. Information did over lap. Overall a good deal.

It was interesting Only thing I would change is having the narrator skip the silly introduction and "where are you from. " It's really only a 60 minute show with the first 30 filler with no real point other then to fulfill a 90 minute...More

Dear Kent M, Thank you for your nice review. I wanted to share with you why the intro is the way it is. The show itself has a lot of elements of audience participation with it. The " ice-breaker " of the trivia, where are...More

Great presenter. Enjoyed the show. Just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Looking forward to seeing other shows.

Very interesting show. Well-done presentation using an extremely fascinating medium that's thoughtfully preserved. The theater is a splendid performance space, and a prefect venue in which to experience this now-rare art form.

My friend and I enjoyed a rainy afternoon as thousands have done in the past, hearing stories told with hand drawn projected images. The Christmas Trivia contest was a great audience warm up and we all learned things about Christmas that we never knew before....More

The professor is just that a guy with a wealth of knowledge about the Magic lantern and much history about the period! He makes it interesting in so many ways. Be prepared to enjoy everything!

It was a fun evening and very educational. Audience participation is necessary and helps to make it a unique experience for all in attendance. It is the only continuous show with a magic lantern in the world.

Thank you for your question! Fall can be busy for us at Amish Experience, but probably not as much as during the summer, particularly if you are coming during a weekday.
