Great views and good cider. Expensive though. Come for the views, buy a growler and fill it with the hard cider. Bring your own food. The view is what makes this place. You have to pay $5.00 a person to sample 6 wines and they barely fill your cup up to a taste. I was very disappointed. The wine is... More

Thanks for you comments and I am happy you liked the cider. Sorry you felt we were expensive for the tasting. Legally in Pennsylvania, we cannot go over one ounce for wine tastings. A traditional glass of wine is between 5 and 6 ounces, so with our tasting, you have a glass of wine for $5. Thanks again. More

Took my in laws on a day trip to Gettysburg, with a stop at Hauser. Very friendly staff who tolerated our wacky sense of humor. The wines and hard cider were very nice, with their reds being the best. Bonnie the bartender even took time to pour a bowl of water for a local dog who stopped by to visit.

Every time I come to Hauser winery it is always a great time. You can pack a picnic spread and sit outside or inside enjoying the atmosphere. There are always events happening there. Love this place. Great wine.

What a fun time. Our hostess was Brenda Lynn who made this wine tasting a unique experience. She was fun, funny & even threw in a bit of trivia. We tasted the many fruit of the vines as well as 4-5 types of cider that Hausers offers. I would recommend visiting this wine tasting. You won't regret it. Be ready... More

My wife and I stopped by this tasting shop on the square and ended up getting the best wine class we have ever had from Brenda Lynn. Her knowledge of wine and her personality made stopping in here a great experience. When we left here we knew more about wine then we ever had, bought some good wine to take... More

I stopped at the tasting room in Gettysburg while visiting with friends this past weekend. For $5 we received a tasting that included a combination of 12 wines and ciders which is a great deal. I enjoyed the wide variety as there was something for every taste, but my favorites were the Devil's Den red blend and Jack's Original Cider.... More

Had the pleasure of stopping at this quaint winery in Gettysburg. Delicious wines but best of all was our hostess Brenda Lynn. Very informative, welcoming, friendly and just plain fun! Enjoyed our wines with good conversation and laughter. Enjoyed the Cabernet Franc and the Jacks Ciders. A must stop for all! Her infectious personality will make you come back for... More

Wine-3/5 Cider-4/5 Atmosphere-5/5 Beautiful winery on a mountain overlooking valleys and hills. Wine is okay, cider was great, Large variety of wines, tasting was $3 for 6 wines and $1 for 4 ciders. Great deal. There was an event today (musician) so there was a caterer with food, but most food was done by the time we got there. They... More

Not only does this winery have great wine, they have magnificent views. It's so nice to taste some wine, and then buy a bottle or two, with some cheese and crackers, and sit outside and enjoy the view with friends.
