This outlet mall seemed to be very well maintained, which is so nice. We were able to find so many great items. We were there earlier in the day, mid-week so we avoided any crowds. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We did plenty of shopping, had a nice lunch, and picked up some chocolate. All in all, a great day!

We always make it a point to stop at Woodburn Premium Outlets whenever we are in the area. Makes for a great pitstop! Lots of stores to browse and shop at. No Sales Tax either because this Outlet mall is in Oregon! Awesome!

An enjoyable place for shopping spree with lots of stores that offers good deals and it’s tax free. I got a variety of shoes, clothes, puffy jackets etc. Nike and Clarks‘ offered the best deals.

Poor access from freeway, no traffic control, not enough parking, cars stopped in middle of parking lot with hazards on (I guess they just gave up looking and stopped where they were). Have nothing to say about the stores because all I was able to do was circle through parking lot very slowly and then leave. Won’t be back.

Woodburn Outlet Stores is a way to break the way going south or north. You can walk, eat, drink and yes, buy something you might not need but want to. At least you can get some exercise. I found out one of the best times to be there is before 11 am. At this time, there are a lot of places to park.

We stop here when thru this way and seem to hit and miss sales where we shop. Stores are usually friendly and don’t have problems, but we don’t really appreciate walking out a store or our vehicle to have smokers all around. Be great if there was designated smoking spot. This time didn’t seem like sales were that great.

The outlets look nice and yes there’s a good variety of stores but it’s not safe. There’s “mall security” but vehicles get broken into frequently there (even in the daytime) and nothing changes. The security guards even admitted it was a problem but Simon malls could careless. There are no cameras in the parking lot or on the store fronts. Be cautious if you choose to shop here. Never patronizing this place again.

We went to Woodburn Company Stores during the Memorial Day to buy gifts for family and friends. It was a bargain for the Aeropostale shirts and Nike shoes. It also has a big treehouse for the kids. I would recommend being well rested the night before because it needs all the energy for the walking and sorting things in all the stores. I was kind of disappointed because we traveled all the way from Washington, a 4-hour drive, and we went to only 3 stores and bought in just 2 stores. We were all drained, and we have to walk far to where our car was parked. It was really crowded!

We enjoy this outside outlet mall. They are dog friendly and have a great selection, from basic brands to upscale ones. Good restrooms and ATMs. They could use more restaurants and would benefit from a food court. Free parking is a plus!

Hubby wanted to go shopping. Great deals for him and kids. Guess, Polo RL, GAP, and Levi were our fave. It is conveniently located by exit of freeway AND many restaurants and hotel options.

Cheapest and quickest way to get to the Woodburn Outlets (no car) from downtown Portland?

My best advice would also be to rent a car. That way, your time is your own, and you can move around in their huge parking lot without having to walk everywhere. It is a large out
door mall.
