should have listened to other reviews....arrived 9:45 for 10 am departure and was told they were running behind.....10:15 told boat has engine issues...10:30 aborted and left. HORRIBLE!

Sometimes. Depends on the time of year and if the island is staffed at the time. We went early Oct and there was not.
