Accessible only by boat - a great place to dock and spend the afternoon. We went with Calypso Cruises and a great crew who introduced us to the local scenery. Great restaurant; Friendly service; delicious food. Bring your appetite! Grilled lobster was enormous with plenty of sides....Tasty rum punch; beautiful beach.

An easy hop on the ferry from Sandy Ground. We were in Anguilla for over a week and this was the best lobster we had - expensive but worth it for the great experience. Fun staff - great rum punch too. One of the workers grabbed a coconut from the tree and made us a fun drink on the spot.... More

So much fun to take a short ride out to the middle of the sea to a lovely gem of an island. I had so much fun on such a small strip of land. you can snorkel, swim, lounge, lay on beds scattered around the island and eat food and drinks at the eatery on the island. Food is a... More

There are so many choices for spending an afternoon in Anguilla. Sandy Island is at the top of my list! The experience starts with a short smooth boat ride that gives you a beautiful view of Anguilla from the sea. Sandy is a tiny island but big enough to give you all the privacy you desire. There are loads of... More

This is a beautiful stop while on a boat excursion. The restaurant/bar, however, is overpriced, so I would not recommend eating lunch there. We just got a few apps and drinks. The establishment should considering lowering its prices, especially since our boat driver took us over to another island where the prices were affordable. We ordered lobster, and the owner... More

The moment you hear about Sandy Island and what it has to offer you have no choice to get on the fairy and take in the amazing experience it has to offer. The realization that you are in the middle of the ocean amongst beautiful people relaxing and enjoying every moment of what nature has to offer. Then you sit... More

We stopped in sandy island while on a charter for the day. Stayed for only a short while. It is a unique small island experience, and worth setting foot on to grab a drink and see it. Not overly impressed with the restaurant / bar, beach/water, methodology of pricing (i.e. We were offered the price of our drinks after asking... More
