I have visited the Hot Spot for Hot Yoga on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The classes are well thought out and different each time to keep things interesting. I enjoy the fact that this is a small intimate studio.
I have received a massage at the hot spot, and coming from someone who has several problem areas, I could not be more impressed. I would go as far as to say it was the best massage I have ever had.
